Brendan F arrived when promised to conduct what I consider an essential semi-annual maintenance inspection. He went over the entire system including draining the condensation pipes to ensure there was not blockage. I was totally satisfied with the service and would recommended Cornerstone Pro to everyone wanting prompt, professional A/C services.

Had them come out for a estimate to fix some plumbing issues. We went from a basic repair to they had a guy who could perform some amazing technique on older homes for $10,000. He came out, looked at some stuff(supposedly with a video camera), went outside to talk to his colleagues (if you're not up to something, why not talk in front of us?), and then left them to tell us that this marvelous technique wouldn't be available for our situation, so then they went for the kill: $20,000 odd thousand to repipe everything. When we asked to see the video, they magically didn't have one. It must have gotten taped over. Yeah ok. Bait and switch. Scare the elderly. Nope. Not this time, sorry.

Awesome service called John up to see about doing a pipe scope and possibly lining of some pipes on a property I am selling. I explained to John, that the company a potential buyer hired to inspect my plumbing claimed that there was 14 feet of cracked and collapsed cast iron pipe under my foundation, and that the buyer refused to let me see the video of this claim. John sent his guys out the following morning. Pipe scope was done by his guys and they found no evidence of any cracked or collapsed pipes and no need of pipe lining .
