I had a an appointment scheduled between 10-2. Nobody showed up and when I called at 2pm to get an ETA, I was told they’d be in touch very soon. However, no one ever called. Terrible service and unprofessional

Jahn contacted me ahead of my appointment and was able to come out hours earlier than expected. Diagnosed the air conditioning problem I had called about in a few minutes and even diagnosed an issue I had with my 2nd AC unit (heating issue) that I had forgot about since I have not had to heat the house for many months. Plan to use Cornerstone again for future repairs.

Beware of ‘extended warranties’. Just having someone look at a system apparently voids it. Office didn’t have the courtesy to tell me this either when I purchased the system or when I contacted them for repair. So, now I have to be without AC for several extra days until I can talk to the office since they won’t work weekends.Already had bad experience when they couldn’t diagnose and repair a water heater after several tries. Sent complaint on that issue that they never bothered to reply to.Guess since I’ve already been swindled and they have the money they don’t want to bother with me anymore.

Ed Meyer was my Technician; he came out on New Year’s Eve to fix a running toilet. Problem was resolved within minutes! Thanks Ed and B&B Plumbing!

Joe Cool has been my AC maintenance company for the last six years. Primarily because of professional technicians like Mr. Davie Cates. I was met at the door by a very cheerful and polite Joe Cool employee on time and ready to go. Even though, he was diligent in his check list, he never seemed bothered by my questions. In fact, he shared pointers of how I could help my system work more efficiently and provided insight as to how I could help extend the life of my system. I have got to say, it was a pleasure meeting Mr. Cates. It’s always nice to meet a professional who is enthusiastic about their job and their employer. Tommy was incredible. Had an odd issue with a dryer vent under a false floor in the attic. After 3 other companies came out, he was the first to actually do work. He was kind, jovial and professional. Prices are very fair, especially in an industry like this. Thoroughly impressed and highly recommend.

Earlier this year we contracted another company to come out and line the cast iron pipes in our home. The company we contracted had made us countless promises, at the end of the day they were not able to finish the job.
