I'm so happy to have this neighborhood plumber! They have saved me a lot of trouble when it comes to cleaning drains. Their skill and commitment to their work are really admirable.

We hired Gas Works to connect the natural gas from the house to an outdoor grill. They were very responsive from the beginning and all the way through. They were quick to schedule the work and the pricing was very appropriate. The two gentlemen that showed up to do the work were excellent; on time, professional, friendly, knew exactly what they were there to do and how they were going to do it. They completed the job quickly and to our satisfaction.

We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night on a Friday, and after calling nearly 20 other plumbers, I found Drain Flo. One phone call was all it took at nearly 1:30am for Dwayne came to our house. When he got here, he immediately went to work diagnosing the issue and working out a fix.

The fix he proposed wasn’t an easy one. It required him to be uncomfortable and work in a tightly-cramped area (how our house was constructed made the repair nearly inaccessible).

Instead of going with an expensive fix that required the removal and reinstallation of our water heater, Dwayne chose a repair that was less expensive and more physically demanding on him in order to help stay within my family’s budget.

That’s the kind of man he is. Dwayne didn’t have to work out a creative and cost-effective solution for our family, but he did it because he’s a good man and runs his business in the most honest way you might imagine.

I cannot speak highly enough of his service, demeanor, professionalism, work quality, and- most importantly for me- his moral compass.

Dwayne has found himself a new customer and an evangelist for his business. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I would highly recommend Llona Plumbing. They are very responsive and communicate well. I called yesterday and scheduled an appointment for this morning. They called this morning and let me know when they were planning to be here, then arrived when promised. Their plumber, Michael, was very courteous and professional. He completed the work very quickly and did an excellent job of cleaning up. The price was very reasonable and exactly what I was told when I initially contacted them. I will definitely use Llona Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!

We recently had a bathroom renovation completed by Bay Area Plumbing. The renovation included taking out the tub and expanding the shower. The work included plumbing, tile work, drywall work, painting, etc. Bay Area handled it all. Mike, the owner, scheduled the workers for each part of the job. All workers were skilled in their particular craft and did excellent work. And, everyone arrived when they were supposed to and on time! Mike came by or called almost every day to let us know the schedule for the day, etc. He closely followed the quality and progress of the work. Bay Area Plumbing, Mike, their employees and independent contractors all did an excellent job. Our new bathroom is beautiful, and we couldn’t be more pleased. I hear many stories about home renovation projects not going right. I am so thankful we hired Bay Area Plumbing. They did a beautiful job, they stand behind their work and their word. Removal of old kitchen faucet, installation of new one.

Precisely on time. Had booties over his boots. Quoted us about $250 for the work plus a $39 service fee. We were told all the work would cost $211 when we scheduled the appointment. He called his company and they approved the lesser amount. Work was done well and took about 1h 15m.

Would use again.

Orlando was very professional and personable. He explained everything that he was doing and was very knowledgeable. He not only took out the old water heater and installed a new one, but he helped me take out an old slop sink and capped off all extra lines. He cleaned up after himself and got rid of all old material. You don't always have a kind person coming to do work, but Orlando was great with my 82 year old mother. And he enjoys his work. I will be requesting him if I ever need services in the future. Orlando went above and beyond his duties. Very satisfied. Thank you!

I had an underground leak in my front yard by the driveway. I did not know if it was a broken pipe under the driveway or in the yard near it, so I called GulfShore Plumbers. Adrian came, found the breaks and repaired them. When the water was turned back on, a leak under the driveway appeared.
We discussed what solutions were possible with estimates for the cost. Adrian said he would come back the next day and replace the broken pipe under the driveway. The next morning when he and another man arrived, he told me he and his boss had discussed the problem and had come up with a much easier and cheaper way to fix the problem. They did it and it worked. I REALLY appreciated the lack of damage to the yard and driveway and the price and will happily recommend them to friends.

Tampa bay plumbing has been great with some emergency repairs we needed. Answers the phone no matter what time, quick to get it triaged, give us a plan and get the repair done.
