Responsive and fairly priced

We hired Gas Works to connect the natural gas from the house to an outdoor grill. They were very responsive from the beginning and all the way through. They were quick to schedule the work and the pricing was very appropriate. The two gentlemen that showed up to do the work were excellent; on time, professional, friendly, knew exactly what they were there to do and how they were going to do it. They completed the job quickly and to our satisfaction.

Excellent service from the call to schedule the appointment through to an on time arrival. Trevor was very professional. He knew his stuff. Explained everything to us and made sure we understood everything he was doing and tested the hookup. Would definitely recommend their services.

I would like to thank Donnie for his help. Our current plumber told us that our 5 year old Noritz tankless water heater was failing and needed to be replaced soon, and I was quoted $5000 to replace with a different brand heater. Donnie came out and verified that our Noritz heater was actually in good working condition with no error codes, and explained that it was still under warranty for parts. He also added a missing PVC pipe to the condensate valve and sprayed some superficial rust on a gas pipe that our plumber had otherwise suggested needed to be replaced. He charged me a total of $75 for his work. HIS HONESTY IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. I will be switching my heater maintenance to Gas Works.

This company installed the gas lines for my stove during construction of my home. I didn't have the gas tanks at the time due to not wanting to leave them at a construction site. I called them to connect my tanks and spoke with a Cassie about wanting a regulator to switch tanks over quoted $165. The installers came and had no idea about the regulator (they were told only to go connect tanks). My tanks were installed and I called the company to follow up about regulator. I was told that they would have to review the previous call, but the cost to come out would be an additional $135😳. I guess they thought I was lying about asking originally about regulator. I found it extremely expensive for this part to cost this much especially after paying the initial $165 service charge. I politely declined. Payed my balance, be weary of using this company and make sure you are clear on what you want prior to them doing any work. A total of $300 to only connect tanks with a regulator seems pricey to me.
