DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!Only gave one star because -5 wasn't available!I called them Wednesday, 12/28 morning about a main drain back-up. They scheduled me for 3-5pm on Thursday, 12/29. I left work at 2pm to be there in time for a 3pm arrival, losing 3 hours of pay. at 5:15 I called because they had not arrived nor called to say they would be late. The representative said the tech was delayed on the previous job, but would call when in route.At 8:00 the next morning I was still waiting for that call. I called the office and was told they had re-scheduled the repair for Tuesday, 1/3 between 3 and 5. The rep put me on hold, then told me there had been an error and they would be out between 3 and 5 on Friday, I would have to lose 3 more hours of pay.This is the worst company I have ever tried to deal with.

Called Larsen's this morning and they had a tech out the same afternoon. The tech's were wonderful, very neat and polite. They left the shower in immaculate condition and I'm so pleased with their service and price. Will be sure to share their name and number with my friends too. Thank you so much!!

Cyclone helped us with a small problem we had with our master bath. They worked hard and were upfront and honest. Tom was so nice! Great custom service. Alan and Dennis did amazingly fast work. Will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

To love a plumbing experience - not really love, but they did great work and Chip and the crew were all professional and nice to work with. We had sewer lines that had to be replaced which was a big job - - pavers had to be removed but they did as few as possible and were as neat as possible, too.
They also installed a recirculation pump for our tankless hot water heater which has improved our lives greatly - - worth the investment to have hot water everywhere, quickly.
Their pricing was fair and they were prompt, honest and I will call them again without hesitation.

Outstanding service and knowledge of the plumbing problem. Dayton arrived in a timely fashion, diagnosed the issue and performed a technically difficult repair single handedly. Something that another company was unable to do. I'm very satisfied. Will recommend and use again if needed.

Big shout out to Olin Plumbing! I called another company my friends son works at and they couldn’t fit us in until Monday but Ms Judy @ Olin made miracles happen! I know recommendations are sketch but I wanted to take a second to Thank Olin Plumbing for the awesome service today. I called in a panic this morning & Ms. Judy was so incredibly sweet and got me in asap for a plumbing issue. I work with contractors daily and I was super impressed with the level of care and service I received. John Henry was awesome and so patient to answer all of my questions. He let me watch him work and was teaching me things along the way to look for with our old pipes and plumbing problems. He was very professional and such a blessing. I can’t thank you guys enough. I never write reviews but this was so above and beyond I couldn’t not say thank you! I will always use you guys from now on and refer you to anyone I know! Such a stressful experience turned into a complete stress free afternoon because of your outstanding customer service! Ps. Yes, we got our mug! Lol! Thank you again!!! Called for an estimate for a major remodeling project. Estimator came out, took measurements and it was the end of positive experience. No communication after, so I reached out and was told they were having new software issues, will receive an estimate on 2 to 3 days. Nothing again.
Three weeks later Chris calls to follow up on the project, says estimator left the company, he apologized and said he will get an estimate to me shortly. I'm still waiting, it has been 2 months.

Your employee or former employee Steven G. was at my house on May 25th for an estimate. I have communication to back it up, hopefully it refreshes your memory.
So no, I'm not a competitor.

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues. Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues. They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed. All with a friendly attitude!! We definitely recommend them!

Our proprietary manager sent him and I would absolutely NOT recommend him to anyone. The first time he serviced our house he wrote that the clog was an “alleged” clog even though I had pictures of sewage in my shower, bathtub, and all over the floor. He did nothing to fix the situation and I got a bill for over $100 for a “false emergency” even though he did not come until several days after the issue occurred. Then when I wanted to know how the problem would be fixed because it was still happening he told me he needed to “look at his notes and he would get back to me” which he never did. I didn’t hear from him again until he came over to repair a different issue. Refused to wear a mask in my house and showed up 30 minutes early and then was irritated when I made him wait until the appointment time.
