Manny and his guys did a great job for my family. We had a water heater start leaking badly. The plumbing company that put the water heater in were too busy to come out and even help us. Fortunately, we found Lona Plumbing! Our old water heater was still under warranty. Manny worked with us to get a new water heater covered by the warranty and had the whole job completed with in 2 hours of us calling. Awesome Service and a great job!

The crew sent out was actually available early because the first job was short. They called ahead to ensure this was ok. They were super nice and scoped out the issue. They were able to recommend a short and long term solution to my troubles. I was really pleasantly surprised by the satisfaction of the experience.

I have used Joe at Olin Plumbing a few times, and I have always been impressed. He usually comes the same day I call even though it's not an emergency. The office will call when the plumber is on his way so you don't have to wait at home all day. That is the biggest display of customer appreciation to me! Joe is professional and answers all of my questions. I would highly recommend Olin Plumbing.

Very disappointed that I was charged 166 bucks for them to cut a huge hole in my wall and to tell me what they think the problem was, no repairs were done. Had someone else come the very next day and find the leak that you guys missed in the same exact area. Now I have to not only pay the person who actually found and repaired the leak but also pay a separate person to fix the wall. The website emphasizes their affordability and customer service but the lady I spoke with about my experience had a nasty attitude and lacked compassion and empathy. Didn't let me speak to the manager and said she would have someone call me back after cutting me off several times and being extremely dismissive. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Ben was professional, courteous, and got the job done right the first time. I truly appreciate it, and will be using roto-rooter again if I have any issues. FYI, I called at 11am on a Sunday, and had a technician on site by 1:30pm. That response time is hard to beat. Saved me from having to go to a hotel.
