Wow! This is the BEST experience I've ever had with a repair person/company. Richard was quick to respond and pleasant to work with. He gave an honest estimate for the repairs needed to our toilet problems. I've done quite a bit of DIY plumbing in my time, so when he showed me the previously cracked flange, I knew it would be a much bigger job than expected. Richard didn't flinch, and spent twice as long repairing the drain as expected. The job looks great, he spent extra time, and he refused to take more money. From my initial contact to job completion was less than 24 hours. That's integrity you don't often find these days! Great job on the septic pump out. They worked quickly but explained everything as they went, noting future issues. I liked it best that they did not have the high pressure sales tactics or scare tactics of what might happen. When it comes time to replace the drain field, I will call them back.

Long story short - I called and quickly received a call back. I explained my worries and issues with my very old pipes in the house. The owner explained very carefully what they do and how they do it. Scheduling was extremely easy. Each step of the way no matter if there was an issue or not - was explained to me. The process was fairly non invasive for me and my family as they worked on the pipes throughout the house. They were neat, thorough and honestly cared about the house itself taking as many precautions as necessary in going through the pipes. YES!, I absolutely would recommend this company (Trench-less Sewer Line Repairs) ! They have patience and will answer all questions. Their responses were quick and work was smooth.
