He was a God-sent during a frustrating and overwhelming process, so we appreciate his knowledge and patience. We would definitely use his business anytime we need an honest plumber. INEPT PLUMBER! Sent boy to replace tank seal. His Boss told him to charge me $220.00 because I have a toilet from the 1940's. Turns out, no special parts required.He couldn't do the job and left without job done. I paid $145.00 after $75 first time customer coupon. I Youtubed how to repair the job myself, and fixed the leak. Found out parts cost less that $15.00.
Contacted Tammy who said she would have Service Manager call me. He NEVER did so. I deserve my money refunded, except to pay for parts.

Called Caleb for a few issues we had, including a leaking toilet and poor pressure in a couple spots. He was very responsive, and was able to help with all of the issues quickly. Alpine and Caleb were recommended to me, and I will definitely be recommending when others ask.

Marc and his assistant was amazing. Fast quality work very professional five star. Recommended for anyone with plumbing issues.

We just used 1st Choice Plumbing for a 2 bathroom remodel. This company has been excellent. During the process, we worked with 3 of their plumbers and all have been fantastic. They were reliable, courteous and true experts in their field. They went above and beyond to provide us with quality service. They will definitely be our 1st Choice when needing a plumber in the future!!

Repair did not go well. Most disconcerting when I disagreed with Mike about the repair he called me a liar. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
