A Superior Plumbing Solution

Repair did not go well. Most disconcerting when I disagreed with Mike about the repair he called me a liar. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Never finished the job that I paid for. Dishonest person (Mike).

Called to see if available today/Fri. Yes right before hurricane ! I asked if they were available today. Instead of asking what the problem was this is what he said, ya no I'm getting ready for the hurricane just like everybody else. As a previous small business owner I problem would of said, I'm so sorry but we are not working today due to hurricane issues. OR DON'T ANSWER YOUR PHONE.

Mike was awesome!! I broke the pipe that my hose was attached to on the outside of the house and when he initially said he'd have to take a piece of the wall out and possibly use a jack hammer, I felt really nervous. He assured me everything would be fine and made me feel at ease. You can barely tell any of the wall is missing! And the price was so reasonable. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely only be calling him if I need any plumbing services in the future.

Had Mike to my house for multiple plumbing problems. Turned out my water softener exploded internally and my water pipes were clogged with debris. He cleaned out the pipes and then installed a new water softener system. I highly recommend Mike for all your plumbing needs. Very reasonable too.

Mike was my third opinion. My garden tub hot water handle broke off in my hand- with the water ON. I was able to turn the water off under the sink, and call a plumber.

Plumber #1 - quote- $900- and they have to break the tile and remove the tub. (I then have tile fixed at my cost.)

Plumber #2 - quote - $300- they don’t have to remove the tub- that’s silly- they will just cut a hole in my drywall and go through there. (I then have drywall replaced, and painted at my cost.)

A Superior- quote $185. - had a tool the others didn’t know existed- fixed it in under 30 mins without breaking tiles, or drywall.

I will call Mike first from now on. He called to let me know he was running thirty minutes behind, BEFORE he was actually late- which is awesome, he was neat, friendly, and quick.

I know it’s not important to all, but he was really sweet to my small dog who came to see what he was doing, and then gave my cat scratches and pettings when he was leaving- As a lifelong animal activist, this is my litmus test for a good person- anyone that takes time to be good to an animal, from which they have nothing to gain- is a good person in my book.
