Water heater removal and replacement was done well. The rest of the work very unprofessional. NOT A master plumber as advertised.

Christopher was very honest and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the process of replacing the hot water heater and our options. He was a God-sent during a frustrating and overwhelming process, so we appreciate his knowledge and patience. We would definitely use his business anytime we need an honest plumber. He had Excellent customer service!

I found this company based on high reviews on Next Door.I have been looking for the equivalent of the neighborhoodplumber:the guy who shows up,does the work,knows his stuff and doesn't sell contracts....extra services,etc.I had occasion to contact CM Plumbing with a situation VERY early in the a.m.---and fully expected to leave my message with a call center.Shocked when Chris actually personally answered the phone!!Not only that,he put me in as 1st stop:he and his partner texted their ETA...showed up as promised.Chris came in-immediately diagnosed the issue;gave me 2 options for repair/pricing...fixed it and was out the door in approximately 20 minutes!!!This is what I consider excellent customer service.I cannot say enough good about this guy and his business-and will definitely be calling my newfound neighborhood plumber!He knows his stuff and works timely and professionally.Thank you,Chris!!

The two young men who repaired the garage sink were very polite and professional. Cleaned up after they completed the work and did a great job.

Overcharged original price quoted and did the job incorrectly. DO NOT USE this guy. You WILL wind up needing to hire another plumber to correct his work. He is a fraud.
