Best in Tampa FL

Called yesterday for routine maintenance and had a tech out today. Carlos was professional and by far the friendliest AC person I’ve ever encountered. He completed general maintenance efficiently and quickly. He took the air handler apart to inspect and provided basic education when I asked questions. I will certainly use B&B for any future maintenance needs and won’t hesitate to use for repairs or replacement in the future if needed!

Jeremy is an honest hardworking plumbing professional. He always arrives on time, he is thorough when troubleshooting issues, and he is very skilled. I can’t recommend him highly enough

He came recommended to me by a friend and to say he’s the best plumber in Florida is an understatement. I’ve never met someone who loves their job so much and is reliable. As long as he is available for work, I won’t go to anyone else.

We were impressed by Tampa Bay Plumbers. John, Jeremy and the rest of the crew were honest, knowledgeable, and worked fast. We had a sewer pipe made of orangeburg that would clog every 4 months. We were putting off replacing it because of the cost and time it would take. Tampa Bay Plumbers made it easy and got the job done in no time.

Very professional company. They are reasonably priced as well. We had an issue yesterday and they were out at 9 o’clock this morning Jose and his coworker extremely efficient and polite. Thank you for your hard work. I can see why this company has so many good reviews. We would definitely recommend them to any of our friends and family.

Israel got here on time, was very polite and did a great job at repairing the busted pipe and patiently waited to make sure it worked fine before he left. Thank you Israel for making my water work again! :) Also the lady Jill I believe is her name , was awesome at making sure Israel was properly scheduled and I was available. Overall a great company.

We purchased a 1949 home in Seminole Heights, Tampa. We upgraded two bathrooms and the laundry room. We realized that all were effected by low water pressure. We called Pro Plumbing because they were close and happened to have a high rating. After discussing, we asked them to replace all of the piping, from the meter at the street and through out the house. The price was fair and they finished in a day. The water pressure is great and they are great.

I have been using Suarez Plumbing for years and they never disappoint and are very professional...The owner Gene answers the phone immediately and personally, whether on a job or not.....There are no delays, comes out quickly and always on time......He can diagnose most any problem on the phone and his work is always 5 Star.....He works individually and/or based on the job, with a team of experts.....He services our rental properties as well as our older home and my grown children's homes.......last year he replaced the cast iron drainage pipe both beneath our concrete slab and in the walls at considerably less costs than other estimates we had, as well as doing minimum damage to our tile floors.....yesterday he replaced our hot water heater within hours after our call and used the best performance replacement product on the market.....he surprisingly replaced the damaged water pipes as well at no additional costs......Gene also explained how to keep hard water from building up with my regular maintenance.....I trust this plumbing company to be honest and fair....I would not consider using any other.......no job is too big or too small...see for yourself......

I have used Dyson Plumbing for the past 12 years. They are the BEST. Their employees are EXPERT in all aspects of Plumbing and they are very courteous. For our 4 homes, Dyson is the only company we use now for all of our plumbing issues. I highly recommend Dyson Plumbing🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We used this company for all the plumbing purposes for our newly constructed home with a move in of two months ago. We had them install two Trutankless water heater‘s. We have been contacting them since our move-in date with issues of not having hot water or it coming and going intermittently.Service tech “Elvis”came out a couple of times and was unable to fix the issue. Then called the company again and spoke to Brian who said he would call us back and we still have not heard from him in over a week. The service tech claims that he’s in touch with the creator of the true tankless water heater and that he would get help to fix it but this is still been a problem and we have been living in the home for two months and it’s still not resolved.

Service workers, James Rogers and his assistant, were polite and neat. They provided clear estimates and service.

I highly recommend Frameworks Services. They saved us when our water heater died with fast, reliable service.

Helped us just in the nick of time.

Worst plumbing company out there. Not professional, very poor quality of work, and incapable of doing anything right!
