Needed a new water heater. Neighbor recommend Charles Hero Plumbing. Called and spoke with Linda at their office. She couldn't be nicer. Kent the owner got on the phone to guide me through determining what type of water heater was best. He even offered to and did come out to the home to see what I had and make sure what we planned on installing would fit in the space. I also asked him to take a look at some problem faucets in the home which he did without hesitation or charge (some companies charge a diagnostic fee). This all took place on Monday. It is now Friday and my new water heater is installed, permits were pulled and closed out and I am back up and running. The entire process couldn't have been easier. Two staff plumbers plus Kent the owner all showed up to do the job. They were in and out in 1:30 minutes and left the place spotless. To top if off they were the cheapest ($912.30 installed for a 50 gallon tall electric water heater). So to sum it up, they were the cheapest yet provided the best customer service and were extremely efficient from start to finish. They are long-time local plumbing company, not a sales company that does plumbing services which seems to be the new business model. They charge by the hour on most work not by the job so you don't get overcharged for simple repairs like faucets and toilets. After vetting out four other plumbers (think pink, red, gray, and a big orange box store), I am happy to say that I have found a go to plumber going forward in Charles Hero plumbing. Thanks for the excellent work and old school customer service.

All Purpose Plumbing recently replaced our water heater. They were quick to respond with an estimate, scheduled prompt service, showed up on time and did a great job. The two gentlemen that came to do the work were friendly and professional, and the price for the service was reasonable, especially compared to a couple estimates we got from other companies. No complaints here! We'll definitely use All Purpose Plumbing for future plumbing needs at our house. Highly recommended.

Adam was prompt in getting here to clean our drain tank but it also turned out grandchildren had clogged a line with a toy. He was able to release the blockage and saved us from getting backed up again. I recommend their very professional service.

Excellent service from the call to schedule the appointment through to an on time arrival. Trevor was very professional. He knew his stuff. Explained everything to us and made sure we understood everything he was doing and tested the hookup. Would definitely recommend their services.

We have used Larson plumbing twice in 6 weekends for two different issues. Both times they were prompt, responsive and did excellent work. Very professional company and gave me quotes on a large job before starting, causing me to change my approach to solve our plumbing issue. Would highly recommend! Roy is the best service guy! I found a leak in my upstairs bathtub. I called True Plumber on Saturday morning and spoke with the on call representative. About 30 minutes later Joel with True Plumber called me. He was very friendly and informed me there would be a $100 charge for coming out. He also informed me he was wrapping up another job and would be be at my home within an hour. Joel was very friendly upon arrival and informed me he had a co-worker Chad who would be on his way as well. Joel informed me Chad was very friendly and had been with the company for quite sometime and could assist me with the dry wall damage. Joel did a quick look over and pulled out a price book. He believed the job would be about $650 plus $100 service fee. Joel went to work quickly he created an access hole behind the tub to get to the pipe and one on the lower floor below the tub. He filled the tub, and found the leak, he replaced the pipe and refilled the tub to test the leak was repaired. I was also pleased that Joel created an access door behind the tub. This meant I did not need dry wall repair behind the tub and I would have permanent access to the pipe. He was diligent to take photos during the process and to ensure problem was resolved. Joel also cleaned up after himself.

Mitchell came out to fix my clogged sink, he was quick and very reasonably priced. I recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing needs.

STP has been amazing in both the quality of work and service. We’ve had some small emergencies and both times STP came quickly and fixed the issues. PLEASE READ!!!!! ATTENTION EVERY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER.

I'm so disappointed and ticked off that this company showed it's TRUE colors. I must start of by saying I was scheduled for a service call from my Home warranty thru them for Wednesday and I called Tuesday to verify my appointment I was told 12-4 PM I took off work waited till 5pm called mike the owner he told me he had no record of me on his schedule and he was sorry his wife told me that. He put me on for that next day Thursday. The tech came out spent time there unclogging my pipe and left the portion of my pipe still open and forgot the rubber piece I had placed on there. I came home to my entire garage Flooded!!! And some how re clogged. I called up that same second he apologized and said he will be out tomorrow this time he came put a new cap on fixed the plumbing again because it was rec logged only this time his machine vibrated and knocked over a jack that happen to land on my Grouper fishing pole and snapped the pole almost in half and then I came home again texted the owner and his response was it was an honest mistake I asked him to make things right by refunding my service call he kept on justifying he had to come back out to fix the leak again as if it was my problem. Then after all this he told me he would be giving me 75 bucks back to my card I waited a week no refund. Then I asked him he said we don't have your card on file that he will send me a check been 10 days before nothing. If a plumbing company has a hard time refunding 75 bucks good luck getting any serious damages fixed. It's a shame they acted like this beware of this place. Yes they may be nice but in a bind they are dishonest
