My name is Brenda Gonzalez, I called Roto Rooter for a service on a property that belongs to my bosse's wife Consuelo McFillen here in Zephyrhills-- We couldn't be more satified with the service!! Scott Bowers was on time, kept me in the loop from the start with tge estimate and so on until tge finished line. He was veey proffesional, corteous and respectful with a great positive attitude, which I appreciate especially in these times with the Covid-19happening. Our tenants were satisfied abd so did we! I would definetely recomend Roto Rooter and mostly Scott for his contagiuos personality!!.

Rolando is fantastic and super thorough! We requested him specifically and was able to come same day. He’s such a great guy and awesome at his job. 5 out of 5 stars every-time!

He came to check why the laundry faucet doesn’t have water pressure, (He change the hoses without letting me now) and tell me that I need a new faucet and He will come back to install it. Charge me $289.00 didn’t fix my problem and now I have to call him again to pay for the installation another $300.00 plus what I pay already for the faucet $160.00.
I will not recommend this company!

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues. Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues. They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed. All with a friendly attitude!! We definitely recommend them!

We had a leak under our master bathroom foundation. Premium plumbing and Mark George (technician) were fantastic to work with. Mark was very courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend premium plumbing for any plumbing issues.

Charles did a great job for us. We had a few issues needing repair on an older home. He was on time, professional and courteous. It is difficult to find excellent and trustworthy home repair pro's. He is definitely one of them. I would not hesitate to call him first for any future issues.

I had a an appointment scheduled between 10-2. Nobody showed up and when I called at 2pm to get an ETA, I was told they’d be in touch very soon. However, no one ever called. Terrible service and unprofessional
