I was stuck with a failing water heater and on a Friday morning and no one had time in their schedule to work me in before Monday. An emergency call for that night was going to be more than double for the overtime charge, but Fox was willing to put me on their wait list, and fortunately by noon I had someone come out for a service call. Josh was super friendly, and I did not get charged any overcharge fees that day, so was very happy about it.

I had a sewer clog. Wayne came out and unclogged it and then identified the root of the problem being in the city sewer pipe. He worked with the city to fix it. He was super helpful, responsive and can't say enough good things about him. As good as it gets.

These people are really honest people. A month ago I lost my portable printer when I accidentally left it on the street near their shop while clearing out my truck. These guys found my printer and got it back to me. I seriously appreciated this and wanted to let them know. Thanks guys.

We had many issues with another company and spent money that didn't need to be spent.Roto-Rooter came out and unclogged our whole home main sewer drain without any issues.Both the gentleman who unclogged it and the one who came out the next day with the camera were EXCELLENT!Very knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time explaining to us what was going on and future problems that might happen as well as tips on how to fix it and what they would do to fix it. Arash & Kevin from Rigid Plumbing and Drain Service came out to our house today to help us with some plumbing issues we had.

The sink in the upstairs master bathroom had a drip, and our toilet downstairs had rocked and moved slightly and broke the seal around the base of the toilet.

While they were fixing that, they discovered several failing parts in the tank of the toilet and were able to fix it all for us.

These guys are absolutely Top-Tier service professionals, very knowledgeable, very nice, and well-mannered.

They wore booties even though we didn't ask, and I discovered a roof leak while they were here, and Arash had a FLIR thermal imaging camera on his truck. Even though it wasn't a plumbing issue, he still helped us out.

They both went above and beyond in every way and are such great guys, I would hang out with them outside of work. It felt like I had friends over instead of plumbers.

Although the 2 service call men who came over to check the pressure and a leaky shower were knowledgeable and respectful, what they were quoting me was way overpriced .... although I ended up paying the $85 service call, I found another plumber who was way more reasonable who had a different opinion that saved me WAY more money.

Also if you're knowledgeable about what parts you need you can go to a Pacific plumbing on Midvale St., or Ferguson because that's where plumbers go to get their parts and you will find that the parts are fraction of what the plumber will charge you for the same part.

I think plumbers in Seattle need a memo that we are not a blank check Amazon or the government ...we are homeowners just getting by ..... You all might be sizing up the value of our homes but that does not mean that we're raking in billions a year...... so stop quoting us what you would corporations!!!!!! ... SHOP AROUND.

Jetted a clogged driveway drain. Very knowledgeable and professional...did a great job. Service was pretty expensive for how long it ultimately took, but we knew that going in, so no complaints.

These guys were fantastic! Baba and his team took care of a water pressure problem we had been struggling with for years. THANK YOU! They were professional, cleaned up after their job was completed, worked until they got the job done, even addressed some additional plumbing concerns we had the day of their originally scheduled job. I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

Josh very nice informed me on everything he was doing. He did a great job.

Simon did a great job of locating the leak on my waterline service. Pinpointed it exactly where it was about 42 deep. Had already hired a contractor to pothole concrete driveway without success. Would highly recommend his service, very pleased with his work.

John is very dependable and great at what he does. He is one of my go-to sewer inspectors that I use on a regular basis. Highly recommend using him for any sewer needs.
