Fox is consistently the BEST in the business. We've lived here for over 30 years and had tried some other companies at first, but there is just no comparison. Every serviceman is so helpful, courteous and capable. They are prompt and always clean up after themselves perfectly. Danny blew my mind last time with his concern and kindness as well as a thorough understanding of my finicky furnace! These people are solid GOLD!!

Called Gene Johnson for a clogged sink at an apartment complex. It was extremely important this be resolved as soon as possible. I had already called a couple other plumbing companies and getting fast service was an issue. I received a call from Mr. Rene Barajas from GJ that he would be on his way to address this issue. I met him at the site soon after the call, he reviewed the problem, gave me his estimate and began work immediately. Took a little doing, but he got it done meeting our time requirements. We were extremely happy with his service & professionalism. I also got to talk with the lady with their dispatching/call dept. and she was incredibly friendly and helpful too. Main Water line replacement. ----Dave was awesome, He broke down all of the issues and explained what was happening. He was on time. He was knowledgeable. ALL of the men who came by were kind and helpful and worked hard.

Josh and David from Beacon did an awesome job! They came as quick as they could to our house to fix our leaking main water line. In 36 hours we went from no access to water to an entirely new main water line to service our house and created a new easier to access shut off valve. They were reliable and help.

Folks, we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and Will from Pioneer Plumbing showed up early for our appointment to fix my kitchen sink. He was professional, efficient, and, most importantly, respectful of my request to maintain social distancing. He fixed the problem in one hour flat with a smile on his face. Our service provider was cool and personable. His work was quick and clean. Customer service dispatch was quick to move on to other customers; we waited three hours for the plumber but missed an unexpected call from dispatch, which meant waiting another day before another plumber was available.

I am so happy with Armin and his assistant Jorge! I had a clogged bathtub and called Rapid Plumbing for help. They came over right away and assessed the situation. It turned out the problem was much larger than a clogged drain! They were so dedicated and stayed until 9:00pm to ensure the problem was resolved and Armin was satisfied that everything was working correctly again. They were very professional, polite, and very clean. They disinfected everything before they left. I felt so guilty for keeping them on a job so late, but I was so grateful for their hard work and dedication to getting the job done correctly. I wholeheartedly recommend Rigid Plumbing and Drain Services and will use them in the future for all of our plumbing needs!

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

I had a clogged garbage disposal and had burned up the disposal in the process of trying to unclog it myself. I called Puget Sound Plumbing and Matt showed up within the hour. He cleared the pipes and replaced the disposal all within a short time. He was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend this company!

Zoltan fixed a leak in my pipes. The pipes were exposed in the basement and the end cap of one of the pipes was slowly leaking. Zoltan was very communicative about the different options to fix the leak and was vocal about his thought process. The end result was to close some valves and replace the cap with a longer pipe and a drain valve. The whole thing took about an hour and a half of effort. Involved sawing off to the cap, welding on multiple parts, and draining/repressurizing a small section of piping.

Bobby T saved the day after water started backing up in my shower. He called me back within 15 minutes of ringing him and came out the next day. He was very up front on what was going on, costs and options. I highly recommend him!

I had leaks in one of my basement walls. I called Drain pro Plumbing to come and do a leak search. They were very punctual, on time arrival, had called me an hour earlier confirming the time.
They did the leak search, and found there was a broken pipe in the wall, coming from the laundry room. Then did the drain pipe repair, with convenient cost. I am glad, they were able to make the fix at the right time, or else it would have been flooding later in my basement.
I am THANKFUL to the guys for their easy approach, hard working style.
I would say, if you have any plumbing needs, they are the right people to call. Good work.
