Absolute ripoff, never use them again

Recently my basement sump pump went out had to replace it. The technician Sean Smith from BelRed plumbing and heating was absolutely amazing guy. He knows his job well and does it effectively with safety in mind. He is very professional and easy to work talk to. He is dedicated with his work. He communicates every step of the project what is going on etc. I highly recommend Sean Smith to anyone for any sort of big or small job!!!Thank you Sean Smith for your awesome work!!

They were very professional from the first contact until the job was done. They were very credible and experienced and I felt comfortable that they both knew what they were doing and would do a great job. I appreciated that they weren’t pushy. Tyler was friendly, quick, and respectful of our space. He put shoe covers on, a mat to cover the floor while he worked, and noticed I had a mask and offered to wear one in the house no problem. I very much appreciated that gesture alone as well as his honesty regarding the work that needed to be done. I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me on the service and told me what he thought I should do so I don’t overspend on unnecessary work. Would have Tyler back here for future needs anytime.

TLDR:-replaced something that didn't need to be replaced-charged me $520.40 for it even though it's a $30-$40 piece -$620.40 for the whole 30 min job that didn't even fix the problem and left my house without water for a week-didn't give me $50 off even though I gave him the coupon-was going to charge me another $430.45 for 5 mins of work I ended up doing myself.I don't usually write reviews but I want to share my experience so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. I read reviews before I called to book, and although most of them were good I should've listened to the bad ones. Here's my experience:Willie/William came. He replaced a delta monitor cartridge and explained that the top assembly piece was cracked. It was only available on ebay so I ordered the piece and he said he would come back to install it. First thing to note. I had a $50 coupon that I gave him before he started and he did not discount me. After I paid he said that it was too late and that if we booked again he'd discount me then because he could not refund me and re-charge me(which I'm pretty sure is possible). However, that's the most minor issue of the job. He charged me $520.40 for a piece that cost $30-$40. The worst part is that the part didn't need to be replaced. This information was verified by a different plumber. I tried to call multiple times to get an explanation but was directed a bunch of times to only end up being sent to the managers voicemail. It said to leave my info and they'd call back but it's been a week and I've received no call back. I received the new piece this morning. It took me 5 mins to reinstall-adhesive caulking and all. He quoted me $430.45 for this work.

Arash & Kevin from Rigid Plumbing and Drain Service came out to our house today to help us with some plumbing issues we had.

The sink in the upstairs master bathroom had a drip, and our toilet downstairs had rocked and moved slightly and broke the seal around the base of the toilet.

While they were fixing that, they discovered several failing parts in the tank of the toilet and were able to fix it all for us.

These guys are absolutely Top-Tier service professionals, very knowledgeable, very nice, and well-mannered.

They wore booties even though we didn't ask, and I discovered a roof leak while they were here, and Arash had a FLIR thermal imaging camera on his truck. Even though it wasn't a plumbing issue, he still helped us out.

They both went above and beyond in every way and are such great guys, I would hang out with them outside of work. It felt like I had friends over instead of plumbers.

Absolutely terrible communications. I've been trying to get in touch with the plumber who worked on my house for weeks now to ask a couple of simple questions, but they still haven't responded. They also messed up the invoice for a job they did a few months ago and they still haven't fixed it, despite me following up with them multiple times

The problem has been solved in a timely manner. Joshua and Jonathan did an excellent job fixing our water faucet under the crawl space. I like the way they cover their shoes once they went in and out of the door.
