I developed a serious leak near my hot water heater and got jerked around for five days by another plumbing company before I gave up and called Beacon. Within 2.5 hours of my call today, Brent and Josh were in my garage, replacing my water heater and now I'm good to go. Thanks guys for the great, professional work!

Will was a great plumber. Got our issue fixed and gave us the recommendations that we would need to keep things working. The only thing that really stinks was the cost. We needed a plumber and could have got one for 1/2 the cost but would have had to wait for a week to get them out. So oh well bite the bullet. Cost is not will's fault though he is doing his job the company needs to redo their cost bracket again.

I hired Arash to replace our 50 gallon, conventional gas water heater. I got a few other quotes and his was very competitive. His associate Armand came over the next day and completed the installation with no trouble at all and did a good job finishing in about 2 hours. Arash came over at the end to help close out the job and they ended up replacing the flexible gas line without charging me anything extra. I'd definitely recommend them based on their good quality work, timeliness and competitive pricing.

The office staff & on-site technician Josh C. are great and got the job done. They deserved 5 Stars for their service. However, The labor it's very expensive. $285 to remove/reinstall the toilet. $815 to replace the wax ring and $1000 to snake the clogged pipe. Total $2000+ to unclog a toilet drain pipe. I'm in the wrong line of work.

Unclogged a pipe in a three story building. They had to put a camera down the drain, gain access into several units, snake from two units, cut through ceiling, cut pipes and re-glue.......hydro-jet the line and unclog the drainage pipe. VERY responsive!

Sewer Friendly was great throughout the process. Greg and Johnny made sure the landscaping looked great when they were finished.

Dirt cheap plumbing is amazing. I don't normally write reviews, but this company, and specifically Angel, blew me away. Above being priced much more competitively, Angel went above and beyond to help me with other plumbing issues that were needed when my sewer backed up and flooded my basement. He and the entire team were very professional and expedient with putting in a liner for my sewer, but also helped me with leaks and flooding in the basement when the water mitigation company messed up and left incomplete multiple plumbing issues. Katheryn was also very on top and timely with payment issues. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Determined to do this on my own, I rented a 25 ft snake and used Drano etc. After 2 weeks it was time to call a plumber. Typical guy I guess. But I was concerned about who to call. I had heard bad stories and wanted to chose the right company. After posting requests for referrals on West Bellevue and Medina FB site, and shockingly receiving NO referrals I texted builder friends of mine. They too wanted to find a good plumber feeling others were not honest. Finally a prominent Realtor in the area whom I trust sent me a referral, Rudy's Plumbing. Curtis and Ryan did a GREAT job. They took the time to do it right and didn't cost anything extra. These old pipes were draining slow even after being cleared. I wondered why my dishwasher didn't clean well. The pipes didn't drain quick was why. Well that extra work did it. Water runs GREAT and dishes are better as well. Finally an honest plumber, Now to find a honest Lawyer :)

The job got done and that's the most important part I guess.. I called Monday to schedule for Tuesday. They canceled on me because there was never a technician scheduled that day who could work on a gas line. Rescheduled the following day in the morning between 11 and 1. The guy finally showed up at 8pm and left at about 1030pm. Not too terribly long but I get up at 5am everyday for work so I wasn't really thrilled about how late in the day they showed up, but stuff happen so I'm not super upset about that part. I was however charged a fee for opening the wall which was not discussed with me before hand. I understand they have to make everything to code but this shouldn't have happened without my approval. I likely won't choose this company again.

I had 3 contractors came to do the estimate. 2 of them said they can’t do the Trenchless, because the working area is too small and too complicated, can only do with trench, hence the price is much higher. Only Complete Trenchless can do with Trenchless, with a reasonable price.

The job was well done. The plumbers were experienced and courtesy. Working area was well restored

I was very happy with the first 2 jobs that 2 Sins did for me. But they're estimate for a 3rd, very easy job, was sky high. After watching a YouTube video I was able to complete the project in under an hour for $50 in parts. They wanted to charge me over $900! The same thing occurred when my parents ask them for a bid for an emergency water leak. First they wanted to canceled on them at 4:30 on a Friday and said they could be be there Monday. My parents have livestock at their house so that was unacceptable. They managed to come out the next day but charged to them over $850 for a 30 minute fix. I will definitely shop around for my next plumbing job.

Bryce was very efficient and clear with us about all of our options for service. He explained the whole process very clearly and showed us exactly what was being done and the final result of his work. We were very satisfied.
