Best Water Heaters in Seattle WA

Called Fox to fix a couple of leaking sinks (2 bathroom, 1 kitchen). Service Tech James McGee came out to resolve the issues, and what a wonderful experience! As first-time home owners of an older house, it's really refreshing when you get a knowledgeable professional who is willing to walk you through what you should know. In addition to fixing the leaks, he also advised us on issues he saw (like the last owner using the wrong kind of sealant, which had dried out and was causing the leaks), what would need to be addressed in the near future and further out (like the sink disposal), and approximate costs. We will definitely be calling Fox for all of our future plumbing needs!

I called in for a diagnostic appointment with Nick from Repipe Masters. On the day of, he never showed up. I tried to call and he even hung up the phone. They know how hot the market is right now and would only go for the big job. Will not recommend for anyone!

We hired Drain Pro to do an entire re-pipe of a home built in 1949. They were extremely reliable and professional. I never had that frustration that comes with having contractors in your home. They explained how everything was going to work in detail, and then proceeded to do the job with no surprises or issues. They were jovial and friendly even though they had to spend a week working in what is probably the world's smallest crawlspace. The quote they gave me was more than half of what Southwest Plumbing gave when they were here to replace out water line. I'm very happy we chose to go with Drain Pro Plumbing, and I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I've used O'Neill Plumbing on a couple projects now, and I'm pleased with their work. Jeff Richter was the plumber who responded on both projects... he was on time, clearly explained what he found and the options for repair, and took the time to answer all of my questions..... even the dumb ones. Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

5 star experience all around. I was a bit skeptical because they are a newer company, but I submitted my request on their site and Sharif got back to me the same day. He was easy to communicate with and I was able to get an actual idea of the estimated cost ahead of time, which was very reasonable. He was able to come out the next day and arrived exactly on time. Friendly and efficient, he got my new water pressure regulator installed beautifully and with a warranty. I'm very pleased to have no more drips and also to have perfect water pressure again. So refreshing to have someone local who I can trust after trying with the big corporate companies. I look forward to future business with Watertite Plumbing.
