I really enjoyed having Tony Hall come to my home and ultimately replacing my furnace. He was very pleasant and efficient. I will definitely recommend Beacon to my friends, especially if Tony is the man to service them. Job#210640

Repipe Masters Plumber
Nick and his crew were able to re-pipe my house in just one day, as promised. They were respectful and cleaned up when they left. Unfortunately I had a small leak at a connection, but they came back when i called, corrected the leak, and re-configured my tub and shower valves to my satisfaction. Their bid was significantly below the competing company that offers re-pipe services. I would recommend Re pipe Masters based on my experience.

Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating Plumber
We called this Puget Sound Plumbing last June 2021 in WA and my husband inquired if they know how to install a FLUSHMATE TANK and they said, Yes! Their office sent their guys. One is the main Lead, Matt and his right hand guy. Before Matt installed the Black Tank, I ask for a quote and he quoted me $1,000 + just to install it. I thought it was a ripped off but I still hired him just to install it since it’s a brand new one sent by the company (FLUSHMATE) . He followed the instruction in the box. So happy , our tank was install . I asked how long is the guarantee . He said, 3 months.

After 1 month and a half, our Flushmate tank is leaking and could not hold the water inside. In the contract, the labor said , a 3 month job warranty but not the parts. I understand , it doesn’t cover the parts but if you are professional , your job would last at least 10 years because, he charged me $ 1,000 to install it. That’s a lot of money !! The tank is brand new one fresh from the box!!

This afternoon, I called for their service again and inquired about the guy who came last June because, he installed it, anyway! Their labor is supposed to be 3 months warranty but it didn’t fulfill their contract. That same guy who installed it, my nephew said, “ he only looked at it and didn’t even check it or something. My nephew asked him, how much would it fix ? The Plumber said, to fix it, it would cost us $1,400 to buy a new one again and install it! My nephew didn’t accept it because… it’s a rip off!!! I called their office again and talk to their Manager, Chris!! He said, I had to pay their technician if they fix my black tank! He said, our tank needs to be replaced! What???? That’s a brand néw one ! Did the technician even bother to check the inside of the tank or the handle? Nope!!! I was so upset with this company and not happy how this Manager try yo rip us off too!!! Never will I recommend their service!!!

Zoltan The Plumber Plumber
Great work at a fair price!

Zoltan really helped me out with replacing and simplifying a mess of old water lines, a badly leaking shower, and terrible hot water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom.

Highly recommend, I’ll be using him again!

Beacon Plumbing Plumber
Buyer be ware! My parents are senior citizens. During the virus crisis my folks water heater went out. They called Beacon plumbing. They quoted $5000.00 for a standard 50 gallon hot water heater gas powered. Everything was up to date with earth quake straps and proper venting. They literally just needed to drain the existing and hook up the new. This is typically a 2 hour or less job for a good crew. I was blown away that a company who represents Seattle Seahawks would try to over charge my parents. To me this is stealing. I understand that the business needs insurance and it’s not cheap for plumbing but I have never heard of this kind of mark up. $2000 maybe $2500 tops. Not double. It is obvious that these guys are getting commission and they’re not being considerate of people’s budgets and how easy these crews are taking advantage of older people making me never wanna watch the Seahawks again. I will be submitting letters to the city, the Seahawks franchise, The better bureau business, the local Chamber of Commerce, and media outlets. This can’t happen and keep going as it’s unsustainable for our local economy and our senior citizens and people in general should not get used like this. A friend and I install the water heater in an hour and a half , for less than $500 , for the same water heater. We saved my parents $4500 and my mom was crying that a-company will take advantage of us like this in our community. How outrageous! As a fellow business owner please stop gouging the market , this makes all businesses suffer with consumer confidence dropping , thank you beacon plumbing for the great experience we literally were freaking out on you!

Anthony's Plumbing Company Plumber
After calling 8 plumbers to fix some burst pipes, no one was available. Then I reached Jacob at Anthony's Plumbers. He was available, kept me updated on when he would arrive and took care of the leak within an hour - and that includes getting the parts he needed. Really nice guy, knowledgeable, professional - all that and more. He's now my go to guy for all plumbing issues. Highly recommended - don't bother calling anyone else.

Raymark Plumbing & Sewer Plumber
I need a plumber and based on reviews and the fact that they are so close to my residence I called to schedule for them to come out and give an estimate for work I needed, which is urgent.
The guy I talked to was very dismissive.

Ally Plumbing & Restoration Plumber
This company is simply unprofessional and extremely rude. We have several apartment complexes and we were looking to take on a new plumbing service being that our current plumber retired. The first appointment, I was given a four hour time window. They showed up an hour and a half after that window. The second time, I had plumbers come repair a toilet seal. They made the situation worse, and the toilet ultimately needed to be replaced. I talked to the manager to get the appointment expedited and he placed me on the schedule. Again, waited around for four hours and no plumbers showed up. I called to inquire their whereabouts and I was told they were never scheduled. I was then given to the field manager to solve the problem. I was told I was the one that made the mistake and that their receptionist (which I didn't even schedule with) is, and I quote, more credible than I am so he's taking her word for it. I explained that I had talked to the manager and was placed on the schedule a week ago and didn't understand the error. I was then yelled at for wanting to understand the error and was expecting a plumber for a leaking toilet. He then went on to explain that he didn't have anything for another week and he didn't want to argue with me about who made the error and he didn't care if I remained a client. There is ZERO concern for their clients. This company lost a very, very big, repeat client. Also, your hold music. Nobody wants to listen to the Mario Brothers game theme while on hold for 20 minutes. I highly recommend Craftsman Plumbing.

Beacon Plumbing Plumber
I called these fine folk today (December 2nd, 2020) for an emergency leak find and repair and they were able to schedule and come out not even an hour later! Great speedy service there. The technician came out, and found that the fault was a broken faucet which needed replacement. Very professional. However, receiving the quote for repairs, I was quoted $850 for parts and labor for the replacement. Let that /sink/ in. Nothing else, just a faucet replacement. For almost a grand.

The work required is maybe 1 hour for a complete amateur like myself (my setup is fairly standard, pictures attached; I know this time cost because I did the original installation myself 3 years ago [probably why it broke in the first place lol]) and the raw material cost... man, I couldn't even find a faucet costing more than $350 at Lowes just now. I brought up the price of the replacement and referenced that my existing faucet cost $150, the technician said to me Well, maybe the cheap cost is why your [existing faucet] didn't last so long.

My dude. A) Rude AF. B) You're telling me your $500 installation fee is what'll make the faucet last longer? 👍 K. (Real talk, that's $100 per screw/washer/nut to install the faucet). Don't get me wrong. I totally understand area expertise and that there are years (maybe even decades) of experience behind that installation. But hot damn if you, with a straight face, can tell me that price tag is worth it for a basic replacement job like this.

Attached are images of the quote as well as what's under and over my sink right now for proof. I absolutely will not be using these guys again. A complete scam in terms of cost. Dang... Maybe Amazon has $850 faucets... Lemme go look there. It better come WiFi enabled though.

Good points: Service fee charge, very reasonable for same-day emergency investigation. Thanks!

Update:
I installed the new faucet same day. Let me correct my time estimate -- It look 40 minutes, half of which was trying to find the channel locks from the garage. $250 for the faucet from Lowes (one of the much much much more expensive ones). Image attached of final look.
