Fate and Adam were great! They were punctual, courteous, hard-working, and efficient. Best of all, they were easy to talk with!They had extra work ahead of them in being able to access and replace my hot water heater that involved some shelving disassembly inside a closet, but they did so with ease and completely reassembled the unit and cleaned-up afterwards. Would recommend these two persons again!

Raman and crew have resolved plumbing issues in my 115 year old home on at least three occasions. I've learned there's no need to get estimates from other companies, I trust them to do quality work at a fair price. I give them very high marks.

A company is mostly based off of the personnel customers are in contact with, i.e. customer service. Maybe this is a good company but I wouldn't give them my business based on the horrible customer service I was given via telephone when calling about some inquiries. The gal nearly hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

Watertite Plumbing was fantastic to deal with for replacing all of the old galvanized plumbing in our house. Sharif was responsive to my request for an estimate and provided one promptly. He also recommended only what was necessary and helped figure out which lines should be replaced. The cost was reasonable for very good quality work. They did an excellent job on replacing the lines and tried to do as little wall damage as possible to open up the walls for access to the lines. They also kept everything clean as they worked. Sharif was patient and helpful in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing for honest, quality work.
