Best Water Line Leaks in Seattle WA

Outside faucet wouldn't shut off, so hose to street dumping at full capacity. Pioneer's office said they were booked today, but got Will to come over for a look. Will solved the problem efficiently, quickly, and saved my day.

Jim Dandy initially came out on a yearly service call to ensure my heat pump was running efficiently for the winter (its first service call). After a recharge with Freon and some diagnosis. It was determined that the heat pump was installed with a defective part by the installer (not Jim Dandy) and rather than reject the heat pump, the installer covered it up by removing Freon from the system so the heat pump would run without shutting off. Jim Dandy, worked with the manufacturer to get the part for me under warranty and got my heat pump up and running again. Clearly I will not be using the original installer for anything ever again.

We had a sewer line backed up and it was broken in places. Budget repaired the breaks and re-lined our pipes all the way down to the main line. Their verbal bid came in a bit below the other two bids, and after speaking with my wife and neighbor we went with Budget on basically a handshake. The work and service and clean up were top dollar. Very refreshing to do business with a family business that's all business and completely reliable. I'm very pleased and when my next plumbing project comes up, I know I'll be back. They patched my cement perfectly and filled the 2 holes in the yard and replaced the sod perfectly. My driveway is cleaner than before, or we'd not even know they had been there! I recently scheduled Craftsman to come out and inspect a sump pump to make sure it was functioning properly. From office call to Cameron showing up at the house was very quick. As always, Cameron was thorough and professional. I would highly recommend the Craftsman team for any plumbing requirements.

Brian was awesome! He got back to me right away when my water heater started leaking. He replaced it and all of the venting two days later (which ended up being on the weekend). Amazing service and workmanship! Called Premier Plumbing to fix a water heater issue we had. They were able to get me on the schedule pretty fast. The gentleman who came out went above and beyond to help to assist the situation the best way he can so we could have hot water. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and concerns that I had. This is a company I definitely recommend. I appreciate the positive attitude they had while doing the job.

I needed a sewer blockage taken care of before my Thanksgiving guest showed up - the home warranty company first sent a different company to take care of the problem, but they couldn't fix it due to a lack of proper equipment. They then sent Ally - who 1) showed up despite the evening hours, 2) with the correct tools, and 3) within minutes of when they said they'd be here. Nick and Seth had the blockage cleared literally within a few minutes of their arrival, saving me from having a backed up sewer line during Thanksgiving! I can't thank Ally enough for their prompt and professional service!
