Mike V and Luis really “saved the day” for me. I have a small home I live in in the summer months and had a pipe freeze in Dec/ Jan during the cold freeze we had. I called Beacon and Mike V called me back and scheduled a repair date for the next business day. He and Luis arrived right on time, and Mike V explained everting they would be doing, and they started the repairs. Unfortunately, they discovered every pipe in my water system had burst! Mike V went over all the repairs that were needed and really took the time to make sure I understood and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Mike V and Luis were both very professional, kind and caring, did a very good job in a timely manner and really put my mind at ease. Thank you Mike V and Luis for doing such an outstanding job! I would give you twenty stars if I could 👍🏻

Pioneer did a great job for us! The tech, Mike Davidson, showed up on-time and was very professional. He kept our house nice and clean and had our drains running in no time. Price was good and didn't have to deal with upselling. Honest company and highly recommended.

Being over charged, bringung it to Jim Dandy attention still took over 4 months to get our REFUND.

This review is a long time in the coming. On 6/16/15 we were moving and had a slight water leak at our water heater. Service tech Ben shows up and tells us that we just need to have a new elbow joint installed . No big deal. But since we had a moving truck in front of our house, he gave me an estimate of $586.70 to fix it. I told him that was crazy and he said, maybe, but what am I going to do as he turns and looks at the moving truck. He showed what kind of person he was and what kind of company this is by taking advantage of someone in a situation like that. Go elsewhere! They will screw you! The reason this review is 3 years after the fact, is I was just going through a stack of paperwork from our move and found the receipt from Puget Sound plumbing and got mad all over again. Since we were in the process of moving when this plumbing company screwed us, it wasn't until I found the receipt and it reminded me that I needed to write this review.it

Zoltan was perfect. He came to look at the work the same day I called. He was on time. We went over the issues and he figured out the fastest and most efficient way to complete the project. He stayed true to his estimate, which was very reasonable. He installed a new kitchen faucet, disposal, dishwasher and redid some bad diy plumbing under the sink. Great job! Also it was a rainy day and he brought a new tarp for the carpeting and he left the area spotless. He is a great plumber.

Very knowledgeable however their price for tightening 2 urinal bolts and installing a metal p-trap under a sink was $550 after taxes. I've used them in the past but I'm going to have to find a new preferred vendor after this latest experience. They charge $250/hour labor. I don't think plumbers are worth TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS AND HOUR? Maybe a lawyer or a doctor?

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Mac has done the backflow testing for my house in Shoreline for the past 3 years. Scheduling my backflow test has been easier that with other testers I've used in the past. He has always been on time to the appointments I've made via his website.

I've had him conduct two backflow inspections during this pandemic and he has been very careful in regards to wearing a mask both times. (Really appreciate this!)

On the day of testing, he submitted the reports required by the city of Seattle via email and cc'd me.

The crew did an awesome job with our sewer work!

Fixer was able to get me in touch with someone comfortable diagnosing my electrical issue in my house. The friendly agent was on time and was able to get to the root of the issues and gave me ideas to tackle my wiring issues.

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

We have been working with Ben’s Plumbing (now HD Partners) for years. Our house is old with a lot of plumbing issues. Ben and Brian have been wonderful to work with. They are incredibly responsive and know what they are doing. Each issue has been approached thoughtfully and we always know we are in good hands. It’s a pleasure to have them in our home even in stressful situations! They are the best.
