There's only 2 items on the price list, drain clean and sewer clean. Always prompt and professional, no upsell. Have probably used them a 1/2 a dozen times over the past 15 years, very happy with this Contractor

I am so happy I called these guys! So my water pipe in my yard somehow blew up, yeah... BLEW UP. And the whole yard started flooding, I don't even want to get into the amount of plants and bushes I lost due to this issue. I remember I had a buddy of mine that told me he had pipe blow up too and he called these guys. I called them, they were at my house within 20 minutes. They stopped the leak, fixed the pipe. Best thing of all? They didn't charge me an arm and a leg, very affordable for the situation at hand. These guys get 5 stars from me!

Folks, we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and Will from Pioneer Plumbing showed up early for our appointment to fix my kitchen sink. He was professional, efficient, and, most importantly, respectful of my request to maintain social distancing. He fixed the problem in one hour flat with a smile on his face. We had an extremely positive experience with the company overall but Adam and Santino were fantastic to work with. We had 2 jobs done and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They were very quick to get the job done and fair with us on pricing since we had 2 jobs and ultimately this gesture made it so we will use them again and refer them to others. I have also worked with other companies this past year where the staff is rude explaining the job/details when I have questions. We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Bal arrived early, I was already impressed at his wonderful customer service and expertise… he explained so thoroughly and then began the work. He took the time to do it right and it was also not as long as I had imagined. I couldn’t have received better customer service expertise and professionalism from anyone! Called to have a toilet replaced at one of my businesses. The guy who helped me was friendly, but misquoted the cost. Initial cost was $700, then he called back to say it was closer to $900, then I get an email from someone else, Greta, saying the cost is now $1100 without tax. No explanation. When I initially called, they booked an appt for me the next day. They didn’t show up so I call them to check on the status. The lady who answered was extremely rude and said she thought my appt wasn’t until Monday. I tried explaining to her that my appt was for today, but she cut me off before I could explain. No apology, nothing. Just rude attitude. I cancelled the appt and she said “good!” So much for customer service! Never using this place.

Our sewer line backed up about a month after moving into our 100 year old house. The pipe doctors were able to come and help us repair it in only a few days. With some coaching from the pipe doctors, I was ultimately able to save quite a bit of money on the job by doing the digging and sewer snaking myself and leaving the pipe-fitting to the professionals.

I'm a happy customer!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber/plumbing company. Tate was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the process from start to finish. He did a great job overall and I could not be happier with the results. It is hard to find a plumber/plumbing company that is trustworthy, but it seems this company and their employees are just that. I will absolutely use Bees Plumbing again.
