We contacted Fox Plumbing & Heating for a natural gas line repair. Previous owners had done a short cut routing of the gas line that infringed on the overhead space of the garage. Fox came out and routed it properly so it wasn't protruding down an extra 6. This allowed our new garage door to have a front mount spring. Fox responded the same day I contacted them and were flexible and could provide a technician in the afternoon when we were available. He provided an estimate for the work and then performed it on the spot. For the work from 3 - 4:30PM, with parts, labor and tax, it cost $650. The parts was negligible, so the hourly rate for their services is pricey, but they are licensed plumbers. Additionally, we had contacted at least two other plumbing contractors and each did not do natural gas work in Seattle, so Fox was unique in their capabilities. Fox does not offer a military discount whereas other Seattle area plumbing services do.

Jesus and Brian provided amazing service installing my natural gas fireplace. They were courteous and professional and careful with the install. They also did some problem solving. All in, highly recommend them.

Honest and kind workmanship. Joe takes the time to really find-out what the problem is. He’s excellent at putting things into perspective - my mountain really is just a mole hill. He doesn’t suggest any unnecessary work; only what’s needed to get the problem resolved. Simple Plumber is my go-to every time.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Wow. I'm a first-time homeowner in the Seattle area, and suddenly my kitchen faucet is leaking down through the basement. I went searching for a plumber and came across Brian at Convey. After having reached out to a few other recommended plumbing companies in the area, I felt a bit defeated with long wait times for an appointment (more than a month out) and really pricey quotes. When I called Convey, Brian immediately answered the phone, listened to what the issue was, and told me he'd stop by in 20 minutes. TWENTY MINUTES! He came by as promised, was extraordinarily professional and easygoing, and fixed our faucet within 10 minutes. I'm still in awe of how incredible and painless of an experience this was. Pricing was unbeatable and so fair. I've officially found my go-to plumber for all future needs in Seattle. If you're looking for a plumber, look no further. Brian at Convey is an absolute gem.

We had a faucet valve emergency with flooding involved and when calling around to find someone to help us either no one was answering or they were too busy. When I called Mr. Rooter the amazing woman that answered was so patient and understanding with my frantic story and stated her service techs were on a job over a hour away and not sure when they would be done but I could call back if we couldn’t find anyone sooner so I continued calling around. Not even five minutes later I received a call back from her saying they were done and could be to me within 45 minutes. Close if not before 45 minutes later they showed up very professional, quoted and got everything repaired in no time. The only thing I wish was different is I would of called them sooner instead of trying to fix it ourselves. These guys were on a very long day and they still had positive, friendly and professional attitudes. I am huge on customer service and I am so thankful thats exactly what I got. I will forever use Mr. rooter from this day forward. THANK YOU!!!

I've had positive experiences with The Plumbing Joint. Recently, I needed TPJ to fix an issue with my tub water supply pipe. Tyler showed up on time, got right to work, and finished in 15 minutes! When I asked Tyler to check another issue, he gladly did so. In total, he took care of two issues within 30 minutes! Thank you TPJ!
