The technicians were very professional and took their time to explain the furnace problem I had. They also gave me several options for repair. This is my 2nd time using this company. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again when I have heating or plumbing problems.

I had a problem where my sink shut off valves were leaking and I had to shut off all the water to my house. After calling 7 (yes, 7) different plumbers, I finally called Beacon. I told them of my issue and the operator said that they would have someone out in 90 min. Drew called me 20 min later and said he was 45 min away and on his way. He made it to the house exactly when he said he would be here. I showed him where the problems were. He looked at the problems and in doing so, he noticed that the same issue would also happen with a different pipe in my bathroom (you have to love old houses!). After he pointed that out to me, I asked him about my bathtub that wasn't working well and if he could take a look at it. He did and explained exactly what happened and how he could fix it. I asked him to replace all of the valves and to fix the bathtub. He had EVERYTHING done in less than 45 min! He was friendly, efficient, very knowledgeable, professional and even though I was having a really bad day, he kept things light and really made my night. And in the end, I was able to turn on my water again (thank GOD! There's nothing like not having a running toilet!)! I wish I called Beacon first! Drew is an amazing plumber and Beacon was there when no one else could (or would) come out on a Friday night! Thank you SO much Drew for everything! I hope you end up seeing this.Robert

Our tech was professional, on time, prepared with masks and booties, and still beeped our number even when we failed to answer the phone. He solved and was finished with the issue within 10 minutes. Excellent work!

[Update] Okay, I shared this review thinking no one from Roto-Rooter would care. I was wrong - within 24 hours I received call from their office (that too on Sunday) telling me that they've refund full amount charged to my card. This gesture really establishes strong trust in Roto rooter's customer obsession. I would definitely hire their service if needed. On my part, before writing a review, I should have talked to them, I will keep that in mind going forward.[]So I called them to do regular maintenance for my water heater. Technician came and said it would require a repair. I said It doesn't have any issue just flush it do any regular maintenance you think should be done. So basically technician quoted for repair (even when I said It doesn't have any issue) which I declined to do. He gave rough estimates of replacing with new which off course was not acceptable. Net Net - Technician Never tried to do the job I call for and charge $99 + tax for nothing.

Our 16-year old water heater finally gave in and started leaking last night. After shutting off the water and cleaning up our flooded garage, I called the number on the tank only to be told that they can't come until Monday. This morning, I stared calling every plumbing service showing up on Google maps and was told the same thing, or even later dates. I finally dialed the number of Ridgid plumbing, Arash gave me the good news that he is nearby and can come over in 30 minutes, for a free estimate. So he did! He even came with a replacement ready to be installed. It's a Rheem ProG50 38N, good price and meets our needs well. The crew are very nice and professional. They finished everything up within a few hours and packed out the old water heater without additional charge. Highly recommend!

Frank was here on time with good solutions to my issues, available parts, and a good consultative approach. Jim Dandy has always been professional and fair in their pricing. I highly recommend them.

Had Konrad as my service advisor. Very personable and easy to talk with about what services were needed. Bob Oates as a whole has been very real meaning they are genuine people who like to help you as a customer. Not salesy or corporate like in any way. Love that feeling of NOT being talked down to, but rather as me the customer being educated along the way

We met Doug on a Thursday and Nick and his team were at our house the following Monday. They were the lowest price by thousands of the three quotes we received, they did an amazing job, and were very professional. We are completely satisfied with their work, and have confidence that the constant head-ache we had with leaky pipes are behind us. Awesome job!

I tried to use the business. Waited all day for what ended up being a no show, my whole house water is off due to needing a repair. No excuse for accepting a job if they didn't have the time to show up. Don't hire them.

I called Zoltan to replace my water main. I briefly described the project on the phone, and he quoted me a price, which I found reasonable. He said he could take a look at the project that day, and do the work in a few days. Great!

He called me back a few minutes later, and said if I wanted to do the work that day, he could do it, for an extra hundred dollars. That seemed a little sketchy, and I declined, I was fine waiting a few days.

When Zoltan showed up, he said I misrepresented the job to him on the phone. I didn't think I had, but ok, I assume that's why a tradesman looks at a project before starting or giving a formal estimate, right? But Zoltan seemed especially annoyed by this.

He told me I didn't tell him the main went under the sidewalk. Well no I did not, but that's a common scenario, and I had offered to send him pictures, which he said wasn't necessary. He said he had to do more things, add protection under the sidewalk or something. I asked, what things? He said he would show me when he did the work. I said, I'm curious, what is it, adding conduit or something? And he would not give me a straight answer.

He said, 'you said this was easy job. I don't recall ever saying that. I'm a contractor and I know when people tell me it's easy, it usuallty isn't, so I'm not likely to tell another professional that. If it's not easy, fine, explain how it is difficult. But he didn't do that.

Anyway, I didn't like the way he was becoming more annoyed and accusatory. I didn't like that he wouldn't be specific about the details under the sidewalk. I didn't like that he was throwing out different numbers as we talked, ranging from $800 to $4800.

So when he said, let's take a look inside the house, I said, you know what, let's save each other some time, say goodbye and move on with your day. This seemed to make him more angry. He said, you said it was easy, you do it yourself!. He wanted to argue more, I just wanted to move on.

Maybe he's a great plumber. Maybe he was having a bad day. Maybe we miscommunicated. Maybe, despite my efforts to be friendly and open minded, I rubbed him the wrong way. In any case, he didn't act professionally, and I felt compelled to relate my experience here.

Bobby T is so great! A couple of years ago I had a toy go down the tub drain, not only did he come the day I called he was friendly, helpful, fixed the problem and was very reasonably priced! Just called him on a Sunday he called me back within a few minutes and was able to help again fix the problem!

Throughout the process Raman was very helpful and reassuring. He explained everything in detail prior to any work and also explained the cost and variables. The leak was found after some investigative work annd successfully fixed. We've been lucky that this was the first unknown plumbing issue for this house. Trying a new service company always makes you wary. With this company you don't have to worry. Will definitely use again.

Outstanding service!! Managed to get out the same day as I called and arrived exactly as scheduled. Very proficient!, localized and verified the problem very quickly, plot was accurate to within a foot, even thought my line was over three feet deep. Reasonable pricing for the level of expertise they brought to the job site. Very happy with the service!

Visited. Stayed 10 minutes. Charged $150 and claimed they would call when they get the part they would need to fix a leaky faucet (they don't seem to carry parts to fix leaky faucets). Never heard back from them.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
