I've used Rapid Rooter several times. Their pricing is very reasonable and they do one thing very well which is clear your clogged drain. They helped me clear up a drain issue that was holding up my bathroom remodel and allowed me to continue with the project. I'll definitely use them again.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and found that the old plumbing connection for the kitchen sink did not work with the new sink and faucet. We had Ryan come out to resolve the challenge. He quickly assessed the situation and explained all the options. As the best choice options would require removing and potentially damaging our brand new cabinets and countertops, he started thinking outside the box. In the end, he came up with a great solution, connected our faucet, and identified and fixed an additional leak from our attempts to install the faucet. Ryan was honest, creative, and efficient. I have recommended him already to my neighbors!

We had concerns that our new gas stove connection was leaking, but within 5 seconds Jesus figured out that our entire gas setup was wrong, and we've probably been taking in gas for 3 years! Anyway, I'm so happy they were able to fit us in same-day (within 3 hours of my calling) and did such a professional job. Will absolutely use them again!

I had an issue with a sump pump control board - several plumbers told me I needed an electrician. A few electricians told me I needed a plumber. I got ahold of Pioneer Plumbing and they were able to work around my schedule to have Kip come out and take a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem, walked me through everything he was looking at and found quick ways to solve the problem. Great toubleshooting! Communication was great - each person I spoke to was incredibly nice and super helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again (but here's hoping I won't need to).

While Roto-Rooter was prompt and the gentleman that showed up was pleasant, he did not properly diagnose or fix my issue. He kept asking me if it was done correctly, which I found odd because he was the plumber. In any case, when I tried to use my system after it was “fixed” it happened again. Had to call them back out. Again, they showed up promptly, but again he asked me if it was “fixed” and ultimately it wasn’t. I had to call another service to come out and actually fix my problem. I paid Roto-Rooter for no reason, so that wasn’t fun. Won’t use them again.

Our 16-year old water heater finally gave in and started leaking last night. After shutting off the water and cleaning up our flooded garage, I called the number on the tank only to be told that they can't come until Monday. This morning, I stared calling every plumbing service showing up on Google maps and was told the same thing, or even later dates. I finally dialed the number of Ridgid plumbing, Arash gave me the good news that he is nearby and can come over in 30 minutes, for a free estimate. So he did! He even came with a replacement ready to be installed. It's a Rheem ProG50 38N, good price and meets our needs well. The crew are very nice and professional. They finished everything up within a few hours and packed out the old water heater without additional charge. Highly recommend!

I typically don't leave reviews but I wanted to explain how great Nick and his crew were. I had received a quote from another company and felt very uneasy about the investment and how they interacted with us. I came across Repipe Masters and decided to get a quote. Nick was very prompt and responsive for our appointment. He went through the house and got back to me quick with a very affordable price. He and I went back and forth for a couple of weeks while I asked as many questions that I could regarding the work to be done. He was always informative and I was really taken back that he did not sub out the work.

We decided to go with them and he was able to schedule us within 2 weeks. He and his crew arrived at the schedule time and completed the work in about 8 hours. They laid down barriers to keep the dust down and not to walk on our floors. They worked quickly to make sure that everything was completed and put back together. We did pay for them to patch the walls, which came out perfect.

I 100% recommend Nick and his team. You will not go wrong with these guys!

After reading their excellent online reviews We hired Drain Pro and were not disappointed. Raman did a great job, in and out the door in about 45 minutes. Now I just have to keep my Grandson and his toys away from the toilet! Worth a try.

Great service! They came out and gave us a temp. patch on our water line so we could make it through the weekend, came back Monday and got a new line installed while we were at work. I contracted with O'Niell Plumbing to replace my sewer line. The project was done on time, the crew did quality work, cleaned up at the end of each day, was very easy to work with and kept me informed as to their progress. I would highly recommend O'Neill Plumbing.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
