Rapid Rooter came to snake our sewer line. Not only were they quick, their costs were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

I have this fabulous maintenance plan with Fox for my furnace and AC . They come twice a year and make sure everything is running tip top. Easy to schedule appts; their guy came on time and was pleasant. Got a new furnace filter (no small expense) with it There was a question about my thermostat error message so he replaced it for free. This was great. It seems a little silly for them to offer a $25 coupon for writing this review. I would have written it anyway. I DO wonder where all this information with my full name on it goes, though

The main work description on the estimate was:

“Connect at new PEX water line and run PEX piping to kitchen faucet, bathroom, both hose bibbs, and clothes washer. New angle stops for each fixture. Replace both hose bibbs and the 2009 water heater.”

This was mostly a repipe of all the old, corroded, galvanized hot and cold water lines in the crawl space, as well as installing a new water heater.

Technicians were very professional and really nice and polite guys. They arrived on time, and wore masks and booties when necessary. They were hard workers and represented their company well.

Happy with the work done - I love the upgrade in the water pressure and knowing I have clean supply lines.

Justin came out, gave a reasonable quote, and finished the pipe repair in no time at all, even finishing off the faucet install that I had been working on prior to discovering the damaged drain pipe that needed professional help.

UPDATE: We’ve since had 2 Sons come out for a water heater install (Joey) and help with ductwork on a furnace (Josh), and will turn to them again the next time the need arises! They’ve been great to work with and the scheduling folks do a great job keeping you updated on status.

Professionals, experienced. They do the job right. My sewer blockage cleared, they got on with the work and completed it in the time and cost quoted.

Alex came to my home earlier Sunday morning to address sewage under my home. He had a clean up crew come out as quickly as possible to clean up the mess in my crawlspace. Due to scheduling, they were not out until the next day but that was well communicated. There was also great communication between the teams and Alex was able to return with Chris to begin repairs right after the clean up crew finished.Alex and Chris were able to identify the cause of the issue, show their findings and quote their work within an hour of ariving. They were then able to do the quoted work the same day to get my house back up and running. They provided great customer service and I'm more than happy with the work the provided.

I used Rigid plumbing to fix my water heater and install a water heater. I called 4 plumbers, none would make it out and my water heater was actively leaking. He came quickly, fixed the water heater within an hour and installed my mixer. Shortly afterwards my house lost water pressure, and I texted him just to see if there was anything i could check. That same day he came out and checked and realized the screens in the mixer were clogged (due to rust from the water heater) and showed me how to remove & clean them. Great timely service, would use again.

Honest and reliable — and experts in their craft. Not what you’d expect from a plumbing company but these guys care about it and it starts from the top. Bob is a man of high integrity, oh yeah and he’s full of personality. A real class act. I would highly recommend bob Oates plumbing.

We just had our house re-piped by Repipe Masters (replaced 60s-era galvanized steel with PEX). They also installed a new hot water heater and two new toilets we had purchased.

The crew that performed the work was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They discovered that additional work beyond the original scope was needed, and worked several additional hours to complete it (at a very reasonable cost).

The owner stopped by to check in on the project, and was clear with communication before and during the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their house re-piped.

They showed up when they said they were going to and that’s a big deal first of all. They were professional and very experienced with my issue. They told me exactly what to do and gave me options for solving the issue. I recently have had a lot of medical issues. I’m just now getting back into life after almost 3 years. So when it took a while for me to get to the door and things like that they were super kind and considerate. Joseph was my technician. I just want to say he was so amazing that I will be calling you for all my plumbing issues. I have a plumber that I normally use but after my experience with Joseph I’m definitely switching all my stuff including at work to Puget sound plumbing and heating. That is because of Joseph and the way he handled my Issues and special needs because of my situation. He was just beyond fantastic. I would give them my highest rating and would recommend them to everyone I know.

Finding quality service providers is challenging these days. Bobby is the real deal. Quickly diagnosed, showed me the issue and explained the reason why it was a problem. Transparent pricing. On time (was even able to come earlier than quoted). Before and after photos of the job. Couldn't ask for any better - Bobby's card is permanently on our fridge.

These guys do a great job. In March just as the lockdowns starts we noticed water backing up in our basement utility sink. Raman showed up on a weekend and found the break in our sewer line. They had to dig down a ways and remove a retaining wall. They got it all fixed up and even put our retaining wall back up. Excellent work and safety precautions. We'll continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

I had a leak outside and was pretty sure it was in the sprinkler system, but being the 2nd owner of the house I didn’t know where the main shutoff was. Over time it had gotten covered by dirt and then of course because I couldn’t see it I had also covered it with gravel in one spot and bark in another. Andy was able to locate it the leak and main shut off quickly. Then he was able to find the additional valve locations. He was professional, courtesy and caring. I’d definitely use Akers again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing leak detection and repair. Thank you, Andy!

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
