I live in an older home and was having some problems with a plugged pipe, causing water to back up into the bathtubs. I was very impressed with the service I received from the two professionals that came to my house. They were on time; they arrived precisely when they said they would and even stayed late to make sure the job was done. Nick and his team replaced our old galvanized pipes. They were respectful, professional and efficient, not to mention their bid was thousands less than some others and done in less than a day. They cut far fewer holes in our walls than some estimates projected and patched them well afterwards. I can't imagine a better experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to repipe their home.

I needed a plumber fast to fix a leaking faucet. I had heard about O'Neill Plumbing on a local home improvement radio show. I thought they might only be interested in major remodel jobs, but that thought couldn't be further from the truth. I called and spoke with a representative named Kellie. She was very nice and professional. Much to my surprise, I was able to get an appointment the day I called. Todd and Jordan arrived right around the time Kellie said they would. Both were very pleasant and accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. They made the repair very quickly and with no mess to clean up after. I found the entire service call to be completely satisfying and stress-free. Sharif and Watertite Plumber are outstanding. Responsive, professional, and thorough in addressing the various projects we are interested in scoping. In addition to answering all of our questions on project needs, he suggested multiple ways (including more cost efficient options) to achieve our goals. While onsite, Sharif also assisted with a drain clearing that was desperately needed. I'd definitely recommend working with them.

Rob came out to give me a price quote and I couldn’t be more happy with the service. Came on time gave an honest assessment of what needed to be done. I had other companies come and just try to take advantage of me. Rob told me straight what did and did not need to be done. Also, best price compared to several other places that have “helped” in the past. I would recommend sewer friendly for anyone in need of help.

Doug (Senior Technician) came to service my Rinnai tankless water heater at home today for CODE 10 error. He pulled and cleaned fan(dirty), replaced igniter flame sensor, flushed system, and finished services within an hour. He also gave me advice to take care the unit. I am very happy for the services with reasonable price. 😊👍
