Very professional. Have used them before. Was not prepared for the cost of the furnace service which I felt was excessive and not was not disclosed when the appointment was made. Opted to only pay the dispatch fee of $99 and will investigate options for the furnace service by another provider..

I had a great experience with this plumbing service. The plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, and fixed the clog in my bathtub efficiently. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of a plumber.

Called for urgent heating service. Was quoted $75 to come out and diagnose, arrival within 2 hours. Over 6 hours later, Ishmael and Quetie showed up and told me it's $100 to show up, then demanded another $400 to diagnose. I have the call with the $75 quote to come out AND diagnose recorded and offered to play it to them. They refused to hear it and they wouldn't honor the quote! Bait & switch!!!! BEWARE!!!!

On August 10th we had an issue with a clogged drain. It was late in the day, but we called Roto Rooter for help. Within the hour, Kenny came. He was very kind, and polite, and said he could fix it right away. What great service! He went in and cleared the clog in record time! He is a wonderful representative of the outstanding service that Roto Rooter gives to the public. I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs plumbing service. We had a lekage identified and it was literally 6pm when we asked them for help. And the technicians were at home but they were so kind to come take a look and even fix it. May be saved us from damage getting worst. Can't thank enough.

My toilet was leaking into the office below. On the plus side, they came quickly for a same day repair, and repaired it quickly and effectively. On the minus side, they charged between 2-3 times what appears to be the national average for the job (charged me $600 for replacement of wax ring seal, typically a $150-200 job). I did not have time to research the cost as I was trying to get repair done between seeing back to back psychotherapy clients, and couldn't wait to get another bid as it was leaking into downstairs space. Only afterward did I find out this was highway robbery. I've called 3 times to resolve, have only been told that because it was a singular job it cost more (?), and am still waiting to hear back from supervisor. Not OK.

He did an excellent job for me. He asked a fair price and delivered very good repair in an efficient manner.

I had him install a dishwasher and 2 toilets. The dishwasher shorted out underneath, and left evidence of it burning. The pro's who came after him said I should report him for the poor job he did. I'm thankful it didn't start a fire. One of the toilets is fine. The other is wobbly, and I need to yet another person in to fix that. In light of the service I got, I can't recommend him.

Throughout the process Raman was very helpful and reassuring. He explained everything in detail prior to any work and also explained the cost and variables. The leak was found after some investigative work annd successfully fixed. We've been lucky that this was the first unknown plumbing issue for this house. Trying a new service company always makes you wary. With this company you don't have to worry. Will definitely use again.

great west side waterline replacement company , they gave me a fair price and saved me a big head ache. job was done within 2 days of estimate.

Their tech messed up on our install and the owner admitted the mistake, but made me listen to him blow wind for 20 minutes until he finally let me ask for a refund. After the refund, I was told he would not work for me again and that he has been in west seattle for 100 years and knows how to do good business. I was not happy with the work or the customer service.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
