I can't begin to tell you how satisfied I am with Fox Plumbing! I was notified by my utility provider that I may have a small water leak at my house. I found a soggy patch in my lawn, so I dug down to my waterline, which made the leak significantly worse. I tried to repair it for several hours without success. I shut off the water main to the house until the next morning. I found Fox Plumbing online and I gave them a call, desperate for help, at 8 am. They sent two friendly technicians out by noon, Alec and Zane, and they had the issue resolved within a couple hours! I've been a firefighter for 26 years, so I'm used to meeting people with significant problems. I hope they understand how much it means to us homeowners when they respond to our very stressful situations! I'm so pleased with Fox, that I asked them to bid a much larger project at my house that I will schedule for the Spring. Thanks, Alec and Zane, I will sleep well tonight!

I called the day before and set up an appointment to unclog my washer water drain.  Moe and his trainee showed up the next day within the window appointment time and did an excellent job unclogging the drain of roots etc. etc. They used multiple snaking tools and also water jetted the drain to insure the roots were washed away.  They then water jetted my sewer line since there were problems there too.  All in all they did a great job and I would use them again.  Thanks Moe and Trainee…

Arash (owner) answered my phone call on a chilly Saturday morning as an external hose bib on my house was failing from a freeze the night before. He arrived for a same day replacement. Arash was friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

I've been using Jim Dandy for about 14 years and have been satisfied with there service to clean out roots from an old sewer line in Bellevue WA. Typically, they would come out every 2-3 year cycle to clean out the roots. We recently had them come out to clean the roots out again however two days later sewer started to drain slowly. I texted Jim Dandy on this problem and they sent out Danny (nice guy) and he came out and have removed the roots and now our sewer drains properly. Thanks Jim Dandy for standing behind your work -:)

We just had our house re-piped by Repipe Masters (replaced 60s-era galvanized steel with PEX). They also installed a new hot water heater and two new toilets we had purchased.

The crew that performed the work was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They discovered that additional work beyond the original scope was needed, and worked several additional hours to complete it (at a very reasonable cost).

The owner stopped by to check in on the project, and was clear with communication before and during the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their house re-piped.

We had an emergency situation where a toilet valve blew off due to high pressure and started flooding the house. I had an emergency underground leak that was emptying my water main into my yard and my neighbor’s yard under concrete. I had to shut off the water and we didn’t have running water in the house. Most of the companies I called didn’t have any availability soon, and many would only do either the leak detection OR the repair work. Traci and Andy were phenomenal in squeezing our emergency into their schedule and were able to come and take a look the very same day. They were then able to fit me into their schedule the very next day and we ended up only having to deal with no water for two days. Ryan and the crew were also very professional and knowledgeable and left minimal impact on the yard and concrete since their method didn’t require any of the concrete to be dug up (they just go underground). I’d highly recommend Akers and would call them again in a heartbeat

I was impressed with the friendly and professional communication from both Frank S. and Bobby. I learned about my plumbing system and understood the issues at hand. They responded quickly and then worked efficiently to solve issues that were bonito straight forward. I highly recommend.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
