I've used Rapid Rooter several times. Their pricing is very reasonable and they do one thing very well which is clear your clogged drain. They helped me clear up a drain issue that was holding up my bathroom remodel and allowed me to continue with the project. I'll definitely use them again.

David and Terren came out to the project and jetted the sewer that was full of roots.They worked very efficiently. When they were done jetting the sewer they ran a camera to inspect the sewer and gave a detailed video. The line is clear and we would definitely use Fox Plumbing in the future.

Mo, our technician, was extremely professional handling our job from start to completion. This was a tough confusing outdoor drain problem that required real problem solving skills and determination. Mo from rotorooter was the man!

We had a garbage disposal go out and Arash was the quickest plumber in the area to get it done, he did great work and we were on our way in under a few hours, with a new disposal.

Although the 2 service call men who came over to check the pressure and a leaky shower were knowledgeable and respectful, what they were quoting me was way overpriced .... although I ended up paying the $85 service call, I found another plumber who was way more reasonable who had a different opinion that saved me WAY more money.

Also if you're knowledgeable about what parts you need you can go to a Pacific plumbing on Midvale St., or Ferguson because that's where plumbers go to get their parts and you will find that the parts are fraction of what the plumber will charge you for the same part.

I think plumbers in Seattle need a memo that we are not a blank check Amazon or the government ...we are homeowners just getting by ..... You all might be sizing up the value of our homes but that does not mean that we're raking in billions a year...... so stop quoting us what you would corporations!!!!!! ... SHOP AROUND.

We had Nick and his crew replace older (1968) galvanized pipes with new lines for all of the fixtures. The water pressure had gotten extremely low from all of the buildup in the older galvanized pipes.
We had quotes from several other places and found Nick's price very fair and thorough. We were concerned about being able to access some of the pipes in the wall and he and his crew did a great job of minimizing the holes and repairing where they needed to cut. We can't even see now where it was.

The water pressure is now like a brand new house.

We highly recommend them.

A company is mostly based off of the personnel customers are in contact with, i.e. customer service. Maybe this is a good company but I wouldn't give them my business based on the horrible customer service I was given via telephone when calling about some inquiries. The gal nearly hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

We recently had O’Neill Plumbing out to hydro jet a shared side sewer line and want to say they did a great job. It was a very challenging project involving a long line set on a hillside that involved going up and down the hill carrying equipment to multiple cleanouts. We worked with Bobby to coordinate everything, and Frank and Joe did the hands-on work. All of them were great people to work with. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and diligent on the work. I heartily recommend them and plan to use them for future maintenance and repairs.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
