Jeremy Perro and Jose Guzman went WAY out of their way to make sure our leaking sink was repaired. I mean it, they came back on the same day after driving many miles to pick up additional needed part! Can you believe this? This dear friends, is superb customer service!!! Excellent!!

15 year old hot water heater finally gave out overnight and leaked all over the garage. Called GJ at 7am hoping to find a tech and a replacement for the same day. They had Nate at my house by 9am and he had to run around a bit to find a 50 gallon, gas replacement but he got the job done in a couple of hours. He was fast, friendly, efficient and an all-around pleasant guy.

Angelo was responsive and effective with up front and reasonable pricing. These guys will stay in my contact list for future pluming use.

Paul from Roto-Rooter got here quickly (on a Sunday morning!) and routed out my kitchen drain. He was fast, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend using Roto-Rooter the next time you have a clogged drain.

My wife and I recently found a big issue with our sewer line and contacted multiple companies about fixing the problem. Dirt Cheap was the only company that focused on understanding the cause of the problem and coming up with a reliable, economical solution; every other company recommended digging up the street would would have cost too much. Collin made sure that we got the problem fixed at the price we agreed on and in the timeframe he promised. He is reliable and sticks to his word.

Ben came to my triplex which had multiple problems - gas, water temp, drainage. Within 2 days he re- fitted water pipes, re-placed a water tub for washing machine, cleaned the sewage line, took a video of sewage line, change a valve on gas line in basement appt. All done to perfection. All debris removed. I highly recommend this plumbing operation and , of course, Ben. Sorry no before and after photos. A new basement. Thank you Ben!

Anthony showed up on time to inspect the sewer line for a house my client is interested in buying. Anthony prepared an inspection report so my client could make a decision. a sewer inspection is cheap insurance for potentially very expensive problems. worth the expense.
