I appreciate them taking care of the mistake, but the stack of mistakes leave it difficult for me to recommend anyone ever use Fox for any heating, cooling, plumbing servicesContracted Fox to install some house AC units and a furnace replacement. It seemed to go fine, until a week after the install, the ceiling of my bedroom became a soggy mess. There was an incorrect installation of the evaporation line, so the attic was now part time swimming pool.. and the pool began to leak.They came out and repaired the issue....Then a few hours later, I hear dripping. Turns out when repairing the issue, another component was shifted, resulting in further water drips.They came out and repaired the issue, and paid to re-drywall the ceiling of one room.

I'm very satisfied with the plumbing service I received. The plumber was prompt, skilled, and resolved the issue with my plumbing seamlessly. I would highly recommend their services.

Jesus and David were very friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent work. However, Beacon Plumbing charged me $1400 for a bathtub overflow repair, which is ridiculous for an hour and a half of work! I gave 3 star for the two guys, but the company overcharges. Don't fall for the cheap $70 dollar service fee. I recommend that you pay a little extra at the beginning and find those who charge hourly rather than Beacon that charges a high flat fee.

Excellant, no complaints ., Giovanni quickly found the problem was and quickly fixed. Our sewer was back usable in less than 6 hours, and the entire problem was fixed and passed inspection the next day. I would recommend Roto-rooter to others

Highly Recommend - Our Tankless water heater was leaking.

I was able to have Arash (owner) from Ridgid Plumbing within 30min of calling at our home for a Free assessment of our issue. He was patient knowledgeable. He was able to have have it replace 2 days later by Armini and Sina. Armini and Sina had the new tankless up and running in no time.

Jeremy was awesome very friendly , clear communication with the bid, Completed the job in a timely matter and left the place cleaner then when he arrived . Would highly recommend Jim Dandy Sewer and Plumbing and hope to use them in the future for something that's not emergency based.

As a result, I posted some negative reviews as well as sending them a copy. I was contacted by Chris and they resolved the issue to my complete customer satisfaction. Kudos for their customer service. I retract my complaint and can recommend them.
