We had a very good experience with Fox Plumbing. Called them Friday morning and they had someone at our house 1/2 hour later. Kit Jones was the technician and he did a wonderful job installing a new hose for our kitchen sink in an extremely tight area that was difficult to reach and navigate. He also fixed the diverter.Great company, great technician. This is the second time we have used them and will definitely call them again the next time we have a plumbing issue

Elijah is the man..I have had a few plumbers come out over the years to deal with a main line that just is problematic. He cleaned it out, scoped it, de-scaled it...Seems like we fixed a problem 3 previous plumbers would just snake and charge me for. thanks!

We had booked them to check our ceiling for leakage and we asked them 5-7 times about the endoscopy camera technology in which they don’t have to tear up the wall and they confirmed it also but when the technician called us before coming we confirmed with him also once again and he said he as no knowledge of camera thing and our situation… and after that we called the manager of the company to discuss this and he said we don’t have endoscopy camera technology to check ceilings. They wasted our 3 days as we counted on them for this issue. It’s highly unprofessional of them and they should give proper knowledge to their staff about what equipments they have and what issues they can handle. They should not book appointments and waste people time.

Both Casey and TJ provided excellent service. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Communication was outstanding. Casey took the time to explain why we were experiencing a plumbing problem, what they were going to do to address it, what it would cost, as well as recommendations for ongoing maintenance. I'm very pleased with the service we received from Bob Oates from scheduling through service call completion.

We had issues with a slow drain and one day kitchen sink usage started backing up in bath. We hired Drain Pro after reading reviews on Google and Yelp - and had an excellent experience. They were punctual. Raman did a quick diagnosis and told us our options. The estimate we received was great too with no unnecessary 'urgent' replacements suggested to solve the issue at hand. I think we've found an excellent plumber for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

This was my 4th time reaching out to O'Neill Plumbing. Old house - lots of issues. Each time has had an agreeable outcome. Today, a new hot water heater was installed by James and Clark. Both were professional and explained all that they were going to do. Pleasant experience.

I had a pretty serious back up in my bathroom sink. The pipes were clogged and sludge was oozing from the sink and would not drain. Chris from Fischer Plumbing came out within a day of calling for the service and did a fantastic job. After 20 minutes of work the pipes had been cleared out. Water drains as it should and the terrible sludge smell is now gone. Thanks Fischer and thank you Chris for such efficient great work!

Over the years I have used a number of plumbing companies and plumbers. Hands down Evan and Promax plumbing has set the bar for what a fantastic plumbing experience should be. Evan is reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, on-time, diligent and candidly really seems to care about the job he does and the customer he serves. I really cant say enough... he is a total rock star across an industry which seems to be a hit or miss experience . Please dont call Beacon (brutal experience)... call Evan!

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
