After a no go with another plumbing service which would not try to find a water heater that would fit in our condo, Beacon responded and arrived very quickly the same morning. They installed a new water heater and fixed various other minor plumbing problems. Mike and James were courteous and worked very hard and efficiently. A great job. We had a clogged kitchen sink and a clogged gutter drain and Jamie from Roto Rooter did a greater job of taking care of the problem, was very professional and an expert at doing the work that was neede on a house that was built in 1914. With his persistence he managed to pull a 5ft monster root structure out of the gutter drain!We gave out a cheer when it came out and took photos, job well done Jamie!

The owner came out himself to look at our water leak. He worked with our budget, gave us an estimate, and replaced our pressure reducing value right then. Happy to do business with him!

Our family has used Bob Oates for our plumbing needs for about 6 years. We used to live in a 110 year house that always had some drama. Our new home is much younger but some of the remodeling work was not the best so issues arise from time to time. Bob Oates has a friendly staff, rates are good and we have no complaints. Great service and professionalism

Not only on time, but a little early :) fixed the problem in under an hour, professional and absolutely knew what he was doing. Prices were reasonable, service was exceptional.

We had an old hose bibb that was dripping and a ball valve that was supposed to shut off the water to that hose bibb that was no longer shutting off completely. I had someone from another plumbing company out earlier in the week for an unrelated drainage issue (I wish I had contacted O'Neill for that one as well). They gave a rough estimate of $12-1500 for the repair, but then never got back to me like they said they would.) On a T&M basis that seemed quite high, and he gave me a mealy-mouthed response about cost of materials, labor (even though I knew their hourly rate) and that they guarantee their work. I found O'Neill and gave them a call. They said the job sounded pretty straightforward and estimated at the most an hour per part of the job but said they would come out to give a free estimate. Colin and Frank arrived in the time window they said and quickly came up with an estimate of an hour total labor plus parts. That included cutting into the inside wall to replace the hose bib properly instead of unscrewing the old one from the pipe coming out of the house and putting on a non-frost free one, which the other guy wanted to do. Colin found a bit of an issue with the way the pipe was inside the wall and suggested that it would be a better fix if they went further back along the wall. All of this without adding to the additional time estimate. When all was said and done, we have a new valve under the house and a new frost free hose bibb, all for less than half what the other guy said it might cost. If I need a plumber again in the future, I know who I will call.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
