Neighbor recommended and I am glad he did. Honest, knowledgeable and excellent workmanship. I hate calling a plumber when I can do most things myself. A corroded pipe in the wall that needed specialized tools to finish what I started was the reason for bringing Fox in. They quickly picked up where I left off and finished the job in no time. Highly recommend!

Beware, the company answering the phone and coming out to do the work is not the company listed here. Seattle Sewer and Plumbing has 40+ years of experience and over 225 reviews. The company coming out is a much newer company with way fewer reviews called Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing.

They came out and had me sign an estimate of over 400 dollars to clear one drain in a bathroom. The young man they sent not only did not make the repair, but he tried to charge me the 400 plus dollars anyway.

Apparently it is common for companies to send out young inexperienced technicians who are not there to repair, but to upsell. Often these technicians do not know how to repair, and are given incentives to sell homeowners on projects that will cost thousands of dollars.

I called around after he left and found someone who knew exactly what to do. They fixed it and charged me half of Joe's estimate.

WHY DOES GOOGLE LET THIS COMPANY PRETEND TO BE SOMEONE THEY AREN'T?

We were doing a bathroom remodel. We needed a plumber to install tub/shower fixturing + rework some funky piping in the wall behind the shower & tub from the previous homeowners DIY project. Mike Vornheder was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable & good at explaining our options to fix the funky piping. The new tub/shower fixturing fits perfect & looks great. He left the work area in perfect order when finished. To me projects that include remodel & retro fitting always takes more skill. I would definitely call on Beacon & Mike to help us out again.

The arrived on time. Clearly explained the likely problem. Used tarps, rags, and other equipment to keep the kitchen area clean while working. The entire process took less than an hour from when they arrived to cleanup. They were very knowledgeable and clearly explained what they found and the cause of the blockage. Would recommend to others.

Ridgid Plumbing showed up the same day that I contacted them through Home Advisor. They were prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. Reza was so helpful and personable. I will definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future!

Ryan and Henry came today and replaced a broken drain for me. They were great, on time, professional, and friendly. Got it done in less than 20 minutes, I think. Drain works even better than before.

Service was great and we were able to get service within 2 hours of calling them when all others were otherwise booked. Very professional and friendly. They were able to identify and fix the issue promptly.

Unclogged a pipe in a three story building. They had to put a camera down the drain, gain access into several units, snake from two units, cut through ceiling, cut pipes and re-glue.......hydro-jet the line and unclog the drainage pipe. VERY responsive!

Will, one of Craftsman Plumbing's techs, came out even earlier than expected, carefully listened to the problem I was experiencing and how I had troubleshot the issue. Confirmed my assessment of what was needed to be done, performed the work in a efficient professional manner and was on his way. Will has been to my house before and has always been pleasant to work with and gets the job done quickly and correctly the first time. I would recommend Craftsman Plumbing and Will to anyone and will continue to do so.
