I had an outdoor water leak. Fox came out quickly, and Jose and Joey went above and beyond in fixing the leak. I also had some concerns about the hot water heater and they were able to replace it the same day, and put in a garbage disposal to boot. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a really good job on everything!

My home experienced a significant pipe burst, so I'm glad I hired this emergency plumber. He arrived right away and gave me a very affordable fix for the problem. He even came out the following morning to repair some more issues I was having without charging me extra!

We used Beacon Heating to have a new furnace installed approximately 4 years ago and were pleased with the service. I just called to set up to have a technician come out and service the furnace before winter and talk about installing a central air conditioning system before next summer. I was informed that Beacon would not service the furnace until spring time but would be glad to come out and talk about the central air for $75.00. So much for stop freakin call beacon. I just called another company for the service.

We had a plumbing emergency where our Angle Stop in our main bathroom combusted and flooded half the house. Roto-Rooter sent Team Lead William over and he was exactly who we needed. William came and thoroughly explained the issue and cause of it. He calmed both me and my wife down assuring us that they would take care of us. William and Water Restoration Field Supervisor Ashley really made us feel more comfortable. Now we have a plan on how to attack and fix this problem. I called and the plumber who answered said he could come out later in the afternoon the same day. Never followed up, never called or texted. Incredibly unprofessional

My first and only experience with this company was not good and I would not recommend them. I made an appointment for a service of my furnace. When the technicians finally arrived (several hours after the initial time they stated they would arrive) I was informed that they would not perform a service on my system because it was too old and it just needed to be replaced. This is a rental house and I was just trying to get the system serviced to hopefully operate better. Within a few hours of the technicians leaving my furnace stopped working all together. This was in late February with temps pretty chilly - I woke up to a house that was about 52 degrees. I called the technicians early the next morning and they said they would come back out and see what happened...but they never showed up! I finally got a call about 6pm that evening after making several attempts to contact and they said they would be out the following morning. So over 24 hours with no heat and my furnace dies within a couple hours of them coming out to look at it??? Then they charge me a nice $145 diagnostic to tell me the furnace needs replacement. The whole experience was terrible.

I can't say enough positive things about these guys.. honest, dependable, talented people with lots of integrity. They removed and replace a section of sewer line that had settled and developed a low point. I also had them install a new main line sewer clean-out on the outside of our foundation wall. Their prices are fair and reasonable. This is team of awesome people.

The City of Seattle requires an annual testing of backflow assemblies to protect drinking water from backflow-related contamination. HD Partners Plumbing & Heating, Ben Foster in particular, performs this annual service for us. He is excellent, trustworthy, and highly skilled. He is always available to meet testing deadlines. He repairs and retests our backflow assembly and submits the report to the City of Seattle to ensure we are in compliance. He is a very competent professional. I recommend this firm highly.

Monty replaced both of my toilets. He was efficient and skilled. He also made good decisions about which toilets to install. He was easy and pleasant to have around, too. I will call Craftsman again.
