Joey P. of Fox Plumbing replaced our water heater a couple of weeks ago. During the removal and installation process Joey was very professional, kind and took great care to keep the area he was working in nice and clean. The new water heater is a game changer and I can’t believe we waited so long to get it.

The plumbing service I used was fantastic. The plumber was prompt, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue with my plumbing system effectively. I appreciate their attention to detail and prompt service.

Anthony did an amazing job. He was able to fix our broken outside faucet piping very quickly. He diagnosed in about 10 min and it took him only a little over an hour to fix it. I am very pleased with his service because the water for our home was only off for a very short time, which means a lot having kids. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking for an efficient and knowledgeable plumber.

Eric quickly assessed the issue, kept it real. Alex was his assistant and was very polite.The pricing was fair and honest. Steve came to our home to help solve a blocked drain pipe issue. Within 15 minutes he had unclogged the pipe and, using his sewer camera, made sure all our toilet and shower drains were clear. He was very professional and caring. We are extremely pleased with our Roto-Rooter experience.

I am so happy with Armin and his assistant Jorge! I had a clogged bathtub and called Rapid Plumbing for help. They came over right away and assessed the situation. It turned out the problem was much larger than a clogged drain! They were so dedicated and stayed until 9:00pm to ensure the problem was resolved and Armin was satisfied that everything was working correctly again. Toilet replacement, sink relocation

After a competitor had been out twice to try and repair the issue, it was refreshing to see Ammon so invested in finding and fixing my issue as well as making sure I was happy with his work. I would definitely hire Drain Pro again and I would certainly request Ammon.

I woke up to the worst news a few weeks ago. The local water district banging on my door telling me I have a major water leak and they are shutting off my water. I called O'Neil Plumbing at they came out early the next morning and fixed the issue. Luckily, it was my pressure release valve right next to the water main so instead of tearing up my concrete rockery and driveway, they spent a few minutes digging and replaced the valve. My 10-20k job turned out to be $2,100 from them.

Then a few days ago the water company left a note on my door stating I still had a leak. When I called them to ask if it could be a toilet, I was told no it was the repair.

O'Neil came back out and checked the repair and it was dry. They think it is the toilet in one of my bathrooms that needs to be replaced.

I cannot say enough about them. Mike was very kind and understanding. I will not hesitate to contact them again in the future.

I am in an older home and have septic. Unfortunately I have had to use Trusted Plumbing and Heating on several occasions because of roots growing into my pipes. This couldn’t have had a better outcome for me. Everything was professionally done & beautifully coordinated between Alie and Drew, and the work itself was difficult & awkward but stunning nonetheless. I am in awe of the tenacity it took to get my bathtub into this tiny little space. I am absolutely thrilled with the work. My remodel was on hold for almost a year because of my tub not coming in and every time I thought it might come in Alie was right there scheduling me into spots in the calendar. it was spectacular!!! Plumbing….., who knew it could be such an exciting experience

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
