Bob Oates installed the rough-in plumbing for my small bathroom remodel. The estimate was very fair and it was thorough—no need to work out details later and I had a very clear vision of what to expect from them. David and Christian were on time and professional. They treated my husband and I and our home with respect and when they ran into some troubles they never complained, working well past 5:00pm on a Saturday to get it right. I would hire Bob Oates again in a heartbeat!

They got to our home on time. And spent many hours trying to figure out a drain issue. Cameron was great about sharing each hurdle, success and challenge. He let me know his plans before moving forward. When he didn't know an answer, he consulted with someone on his team who might know (Dusty). Cameron was committed to getting our kitchen sink drain back to working order. Even if we couldn't solve the entire problem on this visit (turns out it is a much more complex issue). I am so grateful that his efforts paid off. His team shifted their schedules so Cameron could stay on our project.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
