Great service

Sent someone out the next day and diagnosed my issue: the garbage disposal I had ordered was too tall for my sink and wouldn't drain. He had a smaller one in his truck and was able to install right away. 1 star off for the price, which was higher than I had hoped.

The plumbers were friendly, honest and explained everything thoroughly. They were ok that I added an extra item to the list too. I have used Jim Dandy before and knew they would do a good job.

Diagnosed and repaired/relined my ancient side sewer quickly and with minimal inconvenience to me. Clearly communicated what would be done and what I should do (or shouldn't do) until they could do the relining.

Called them on Friday repiped my house today. Emilio and Doug were amazing! Did it in 5 hours for the lowest quote on the market after having 5 quotes. Plumbing works great! Highly suggest you call them.

Rick and Wil came by to fix a leak for me. They showed up at the desired time, assessed the issue and got right to work. They made a stressful situation, not so stressful. They also gave me some estimates for other plumbing projects I requested.

They showed up in the early side of the time window they provided, were both very nice and worked hard. 10/10 would definitely recommend and use again! Thanks guys!

We used Sewer Friendly to conduct a sewer scope while purchasing a property. Rick was incredibly friendly, helpful, and put in the effort to get our inspection done well and efficiently. Paul and the entire Budget team are solid, careful, effective, insightful professionals. They designed a solution to my 100 year old side sewer after a complete blockage. Bursting the pipe around 2 90 degree turns with a total run of almost 125', their work preserved my deck frame and saved thousands vs. retrenching. Their bid was quick and fair. I manage field specialists and after watching their entire process end-to-end, there just aren't any suggestions for improvement. I will not ever shop for another sewer & drain company again. Top shelf company.

I was having a leaking issue with the P-Trap under my sink. It was re-installed by another plumbing company a number of times and continued to leak. MILDEW STINKS! I called Wezee's and spoke with Thoren who was very helpful on the phone and said someone could come out right away. Zach showed up at our scheduled time (way to be punctual!) and told me exactly what the problem was. He replaced the P-Trap for me effortlessly. That was over three months ago and I haven't had any problems since.

Joe did an excellent job installing a new toilet for us. When it comes to house work it's always great to find people you can trust. Moving forward I'll definitely always call Joe for any plumbing projects that may arise at our home. Thank you Joe!

We have a toilet in our finished basement that had a long history of poor flushes that didn't clear the bowl routinely. Sometimes we would have to flush several times to clear it. Conserving water and saving on water our bill, we chose to consult a professional to see what could be done. Rather than busting up concrete and putting in a new line $$$$ he had the idea to install a pressure assist toilet and problem solved! No overflows and one flush = clear. Our landlords wanted a quick and inexpensive solution. Great customer service, professional, reliable and didn't leave a mess.

These guys are awesome down to earth to make everything perfect under microscope for my 3700 sqft home new construction. Good ethics and communication. Joe and John were super prompt and thorough in helping us figure out our venting problem. They weren't pushy about trying to upsell us, and stayed focus on solving our problem. Unfortunately, it ended up that we needed to replace our water heater. Both of them worked quickly and professionally to do the replacement and got our hot water back :)

Unrelated Followup: Ty and John came to check a leaky sink faucet. They fixed the problem incredibly quickly and answered my questions honestly and frankly. Thank you again!
