I've used Rapid Rooter several times. Their pricing is very reasonable and they do one thing very well which is clear your clogged drain. They helped me clear up a drain issue that was holding up my bathroom remodel and allowed me to continue with the project. I'll definitely use them again.

Previously, I had a positive experience with them, but my latest problem with my disposal was not as positive. I was scheduled for a 4-hour window on Friday. Nope. No show. I rescheduled for a 4-hour window on Saturday. Nope. No show. I scheduled for a 4-hour window on Sunday. True, a guy did show up 3+ hours in to the window (unmasked, no smile, not the least bit friendly) and assessed my problem and said he was going to send someone else out to do the job because he was needed elsewhere. When I told him about how many days I was waiting for service and he was here *now*, can't he do it so I don't have to wait *again*. Nope. Mr. Unmasked Unfriendly was too in-demand and said someone else should be here in 30 minutes. Try 90 minutes. The guy that showed up this time was nice enough, albeit unmasked, but sorted out my issue quickly enough. I remained masked up.I wish I had great service like I did the last time I needed them, but nope. If you aren't immuno-compromised and don't mind hanging out for 3 days until someone kind of shows up, this may work for you, but I don't want to go through that nonsense again, so will look for another vendor who values their customers more.

I hired Arash to replace our 50 gallon, conventional gas water heater. I got a few other quotes and his was very competitive. His associate Armand came over the next day and completed the installation with no trouble at all and did a good job finishing in about 2 hours. Arash came over at the end to help close out the job and they ended up replacing the flexible gas line without charging me anything extra. I'd definitely recommend them based on their good quality work, timeliness and competitive pricing.

Matt was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He came to give me an estimate on installing a 1” (inch) gas line for a Standby Generator. He seemed to indicate that he would send a quote via email however I haven’t heard from him. Its been nearly 3 days since his visit. I imagine he’s rather busy and hasn’t had time to put something together.

The water in our shower/tub started having draining issues over the weekend. We did the usual things that had worked in the past but nothing worked this time. By Monday morning the tub was backing up when you ran water in one of the sinks and wouldn't drain. I called Drain Pro first thing in the morning and they scheduled a service call for early afternoon. He arrived and got right to work, but unfortunately he couldn't get it unclogged through the tub. He then decided to go up on the roof and go through vent, that did the trick! We were so happy that it was an easy fix and we didn't have to go to the sewer line. Our service provider was processional, friendly and expedient and the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Drain Pro to family and friends and will use again with any future plumbing issues.

Akers exceeded my expectations on price, professionalism, and finished product. Their team replaced the waterline to my Seattle house with 1 copper, installed a new heavy duty shut off valve, and bolted everything to the concrete foundation. Looks great and works great. O'Neill did an excellent job of replacing our failed 48 year old waterline. Prior to selecting their bid to do the work, they installed a temporary water connection, at no cost to us, so we could resume normal living until our new water line was installed. Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Our furnace had to be replaced urgently and despite the current supply shortage, sharif was able to find and install a new furnace for us in days, as opposed to weeks/months that were quotes to us from other companies. He is honest, knowledgeable and efficient. Predict he will go far in this industry.
