We had a leak from our ceiling to the basement and Ridgid Plumbing showed up on time and prepared and fixed the leaked and very helpful and also referred us to a water restoration company and how to work with our insurance company. We'd had the sewer drain cleared a week ago and it clogged again. Found out that we had two cleanouts (installed by Oates 3-years ago in a major sewer pipe repair) each going in opposite directions. They'd cleaned the wrong one (the one that went up hill, vs the one that headed to the street). The same nice young man came out, figured it out, and cleared it - and of course no charge.

Only does drain cleaning, but doesn't install sewage ejector pumps. But Fritz answered immediately, gave lots of helpful pointers, and quoted drain cleaning at a price significantly less than large-company plumbers. I'll use him next time I need a blockage taken out!

I had given up hope that my water tank would survive much longer, but this neighborhood plumber saved the day by installing a new one at a reasonable cost. I will continue to use him for all of my plumbing issues because of his excellent job!
