I found a soft spot in my ceiling. The tech was able to come out early the next morning, diagnose the issue and repair it. He also offered a follow up recommendation for the ceiling. I highly recommend 2 Sons plumbing.

Got my cooking ranges changed to Gas. They did do a good job. But it became painful later due to a mis-communication. While engineer was at work in my home we discussed about getting this work approved by city. While leaving my premises engineer get final paperwork done and got my signature. And said that he will submit the paper in office and someone may come to visit to inspect.Followed up with technical. Heard nothing for a week then when I called customer service, they said they have no idea since it was not mentioned the in the contract. Technician was on a break so couldn't get a response from him. Manager promised that he will reach out but then again forgot.Following up is very painful, customer service is a key differentiator. I called Beacon plumbing because it was referred by my neighbor and I had expectation. I was hoping they would be proactive about this. Please use this case to train technician so that they can write things discussed or to follow a checklist so that explicit in calling out optional item, so that nothing is left to assumptions. It will help next customer avoid the frustration I am going through.

My outside drain backed up into my basement. I called Wayne at Emerald City Sewer and he and his crew came over that evening. Evidently the problem was quite a ways from the house. Not only did they blow out the entire line, but they installed an outside access to the sewer line, which I didn't have in my 1962 house. Cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend!

Just a quick note to all looking for an honest plumber....STAY AWAY from Pioneer Plumbing. We had work completed by Pioneer on a renovation 2 years ago (in addition to a previous remodel on another home). A YEAR after the completion of the remodel, they sent my husband and I a bill for $2800. Seeing as how there was no way to verify what work was done or (even after asking numerous times for proof of additional work completed that we did not already pay for) we finally agreed to pay them half the amount of the bill in good faith since we were generally happy with their work and so that we could all end the relationship on a positive note. Since we never heard anything back, I assumed the matter was settled.
Fast forward to today, and I have a plumbing issue with the pipe they installed. I called the office and they are not willing to come back and work on their very own installation. They explained that they don't guarantee their work after a year anyways, and that they refuse to work with us anymore.
Save yourself from the frustration....and bills coming A YEAR after completion of a job. What a shame--thought I had found a good one :(. Terrible, short sided, customer service.

I ordered Roto-Rooter's service online at around midnight and they sent me Sam at around 9:30 AM. He spent quite a bit of time unclogging line and replaced piping under kitchen sink as well as garbage disposal. Price was very reasonable and job was done well! I highly recommend them and ask for Sam, great guy! Thank you, Roto-Rooter!!!

We had a major plumbing issue on heavy snow day. Our toilet/sewer line was seriously backed up so I had to have my kids to stay at the in-law's house until the problem was fixed. I had an appointment with different company originally in the morning and the owner showed up and when my wife asked him about his methods he got angry and left. We still don't know why he left. We were in panic and called Ridgid plumbing and Arash and his colleague came right away and investigated our plumbing issues. They diagnosed the issue right away and suggested some options to us. The root cause of our problem was the roots penetrated into our sewer line and clogged the line. We had the 2 way clean-out outlet in the yard but we couldn't find it because it was underground and covered by the snow. Arash and his team used the camera and helped finding the spot where the clean-out outlet was buried. They even helped me with digging up the frozen land even though it was not their job and they were not paid. Arash and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and the most importantly customer centric. They took care of us very well and their rate was reasonable. I will highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely call them again with any plumbing issues.

Did a good job, but charged me WAY too much for the work done. For what I paid for them to fix my hot water heater, I could have bought a two new ones. Then I was pressured into leaving a 5 star review for a few bucks off. Should have never called. Good work, criminal prices.

Can't say enough positive things about my experience. Simon made time to fit me in during his day to help with a water leak. Was able to assess the problem and had all the tools and part's immediately on hand. Saved as many plant's as he could and replaced all the dirt disturbed. Highly professional, punctual and reasonably priced! Would recommend this company to all my friends and family! Thank you!

The water in our shower/tub started having draining issues over the weekend. We did the usual things that had worked in the past but nothing worked this time. By Monday morning the tub was backing up when you ran water in one of the sinks and wouldn't drain. I called Drain Pro first thing in the morning and they scheduled a service call for early afternoon. He arrived and got right to work, but unfortunately he couldn't get it unclogged through the tub. He then decided to go up on the roof and go through vent, that did the trick! We were so happy that it was an easy fix and we didn't have to go to the sewer line. Our service provider was processional, friendly and expedient and the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Drain Pro to family and friends and will use again with any future plumbing issues.
