I've used Rapid Rooter several times. Their pricing is very reasonable and they do one thing very well which is clear your clogged drain. They helped me clear up a drain issue that was holding up my bathroom remodel and allowed me to continue with the project. I'll definitely use them again.

I ordered Roto-Rooter's service online at around midnight and they sent me Sam at around 9:30 AM. He spent quite a bit of time unclogging line and replaced piping under kitchen sink as well as garbage disposal. Price was very reasonable and job was done well! We had our clothes washer serviced on 10/22. Luis Lopez responded. Luis was polite, courteous and professional. He informed us he had driven from Bellevue WA. He was very patient, waiting for us to consult with our brother and father.
We were unable to come up with a prompt response. He left and then had to come back and provide the service. It was a hard job. He completed his job under 2 hours. We are very pleased with his service and highly recommend him to anyone else who has similar problems.

Perfect example of Unprofessional. Never showed for confirmed appointment - waited 1 hour, called, and texted with no response. I called Sewer Inspections NW today at 2 pm for a sewer scope, to be completed today in North Seattle. Joey called me back and said he could complete the sewer scope at 4:30 pm. I sent him the info he requested. He never showed up or returned texts or phone calls. He put my client in a tough spot and was completely unreliable for us.

I am a real estate agent. Sewer Friendly has been my go-to company for sewer inspections and repairs for the last 7 years. Rob was trained by and worked with Mike (The founder of the company, and was the best there ever was). They don't charge extra to pull a toilet, can always get the clean out cap off, even it's rusted cast iron. The camera always makes it to the street. The aforementioned things are not always the case with other inspectors. They also repair sewers, and have done more jobs for me then I can count. I have never felt like they have spun an inspection to get a repair job. They have always been honest and upfront with me. Rob (and Mike before him) have gotten me out of plenty of jams. I fully recommend them without reservations.

We have used a few different plumbers for projects on our home and by far, our best experience has been with Brian at Convey. We had a tricky project upgrading our exceptionally old toilet to a new toilet and Brian did an excellent job of communicating all of the steps and options we had for completing the project. He was very communicative, on time, and did a really amazing job completing the necessary work at an extremely reasonable cost. Highly recommend Convey!

I contacted ProMax on a Sunday, via their web site, and explained that I had a broken water heater and was looking for a company that could replace it within a day or two. I was surprised to hear back within hours, and not simply from a scripted ‘customer service agent’ that was telling me someone would be in touch soon! This was a real person that actually performs the real work, asking for photos of the space and the water and electrical connections and asking about parking!! After some back and forth with those details I was provided an estimate and once I’d agreed to that I was put on the schedule for the following day. Two young gentlemen arrived on time and got right to work, dealing with the complexities and showing professionalism and friendliness and respect for the property. They worked efficiently and cleaned up well. One item that could be improved is their ability take payment - I needed my check book, which is unusual - but they explained that they had just adopted a new payment system and were working on electronic payment capability. I would definitely call them again.

I received a call prior to my appointment window to let me know when the technician would be arriving. He expediently. My technician was personable and professional. My job did require some extra modifications and I received a thorough explanation of what these would entail, a price quote before proceeding and a detailed recap of the job afterwards. I would definitely hire again based on the quality of this service.
