Anthony Joso was most helpful in helping me get my new refrigerator installed correctly.He furnished me with a hookup that was longer and of stainless steel which will last better that that supplied by the store ( who suggested getting two of the shorter ones) and was pleasant and very easy to work with.

Aaron re-plumbed my entire home. He diagnosed issues that two other plumbers missed. Aaron was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, just the perfect plumber who fixed all my indoor and outdoor problems. He also installed a water softener and filter system. Thank you Aaron!

Not only are a few major plumbing problems being fixed I'm getting an education about keeping seldom used faucets from having trapped gas and keeping the house safe. I called a couple of referred plumbers and didn't even get a return call. I called Beacon and was setup immediately with a service call. The plumbers were very honest and advised I not touch one problem until I had a replacement in hand because they couldn't guarantee the problem handle could be tightened properly.I'm so relieved to have everything working properly!!

I had a sewer clog. Wayne came out and unclogged it and then identified the root of the problem being in the city sewer pipe. He worked with the city to fix it. He was super helpful, responsive and can't say enough good things about him. As good as it gets.

I'm not a customer (yet), but I work at a neighboring business. We had a project where we needed some help fast, and the employees here took a moment to help us out. So 5 stars for being really good neighbors. I expect they're even nicer to customers, so they'll be my first call when I need a plumber, too.

They were able to come out within a couple of hours of the original call. However, we ended up with no drains, which means no showers, no toilets, no sinks from Friday until Tuesday. That said, we now have a new pipe and working drains. It was disappointing to have the work take days.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

We count ourselves lucky to have called Bobby T. He was able to squeeze us into his schedule on a busy Saturday. He was also very informative, explaining our issue as well as what he did to fix the problem. Fast service, good price, courteous and professional -- highly recommended!

Made an appointment yesterday and they showed up on time. Raman, took a look at clogged issued which had several plumbers here without results. His troubleshooting and service were unparalleled. Highly Recommend it, but plan to pay for expert service.
