I've used Rapid Rooter several times. Their pricing is very reasonable and they do one thing very well which is clear your clogged drain. They helped me clear up a drain issue that was holding up my bathroom remodel and allowed me to continue with the project. I'll definitely use them again.

We have the service contract with Fox Plumbing and Heating. They were able to schedule the HVAC and the plumber guys the same day. Josh and JP were out within 1/2 hour of each other. They fully inspected everything, gave suggestions and were very friendly. They loved the dogs. We would continue to recommend Fox Plumbing and Heating to all our friends. We had an emergency drain situation, Brent and Isaiah showed up after hours within 90 minutes to set us at ease that they could repair the next morning. They showed up and worked their butts off to install a clean out for us on the main sewer line after digging 4ft down in the ground as well as address other issues we had in the house. Very very nice guys, very respectful and the end product was beautiful and looked like they were never there! 10/10 recommend.

Folks, we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and Will from Pioneer Plumbing showed up early for our appointment to fix my kitchen sink. He was professional, efficient, and, most importantly, respectful of my request to maintain social distancing. He fixed the problem in one hour flat with a smile on his face. I highly recommend Pioneer Plumbing for reliable, quality work.

The good: They came out early on a Sunday morning, unclogged our sewer line. The bad: Roto Rooter scoped the line, but did not give us a copy of the video, which is suspicious. They then tried very aggressive upsell tactics to get us to do a line replacement project, with pressure to sign that same day. We've since had two other companies look at the line, and both said it looked just fine, no replacement necessary. They also charged us much more than the going market rate for the drain clearing. Unethical people. I'm so glad I got other bids.

Ridgid Plumbing showed up the same day that I contacted them through Home Advisor. They were prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. Reza was so helpful and personable. I will definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future!

Actually I called them because my toilet was not working. My toilet was old and I asked if they could put in a new toilet. They said “yes” and went to the store to get one. When they finished the took the old one away and there was no mess.

One of the guys was in training. They were both very nice.

Bob Oates as a whole has been very real meaning they are genuine people who like to help you as a customer. Not salesy or corporate like in any way. I had my home repiped with pex by repipe masters in November of 2020, and have had no issues with the pipes in the year since. The price was fair and it only took a day for the repipe crew to complete the job for my home (1600 square feet). Nick (the owner) is very friendly and easy to schedule with. I recently had an issue with the main water valve that turned out to be user error, and Nick graciously helped out with that.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

Very bad experience. I called their number and setup an appointment for Sunday 2PM. I texted the address as I was asked so he knows where the property is. I also asked my agent to show up there. Unfortunately the person never showed up. I called him, texted him many times, but he did not get back to me. I was forced to rush on finding someone else as I had a pending inspection offer and needed it. Do not recommend them in case you want someone serious and you have tight timeline.
