Rapid Rooter came to snake our sewer line. Not only were they quick, their costs were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

After some difficulties with the estimate and equipment choice by since-departed employees, Fox rectified our HVAC situation by swapping out the outdoor unit and adding a new indoor unit all at no cost to us. It was a job that was made difficult by various factors but they stayed on it until it was right. All employees were courteous and professional. Fox invested a lot of time, money and manpower to assure we were satisfied. Thank you!

I should have known better than to use this company again, but they were the only plumber I could find the very next day to fix a leak on my water main to the house.Beacon was my last call because I could not find another plumber to do an emergency fix on a Friday morning. I've worked in property management for over 20 years and I knew the fix should cost around $600 - $1,000. Beacon came to my house, informed me that the line was blue poly and could not be permanently fixed. Beacon applied a temporary fix and charged $2,400. I asked them what they would charge to replace the entire line and they verbally quoted me $18,000 to replace the line from the meter to the house (approx 15 ft). I found another plumber to drill under my yard & replace the line for a little over $5,000. Beacon overcharged for the temporary fix and then tried gouging me for the permanent fix. I would not recommend them and will do my best to avoid them in the future. The last time I used Beacon was in 2018 and I had a similarly terrible experience which is why they were last on my list to call in the first place.I've also noticed some of the confrontational responses from the company on these reviews, so I'm guessing I'll get raked over the coals for this review in the near future.

We’ve had Emerald City out a few times and every time they make the process so smooth. They are always on time, easy to reach out to with questions and always willing to go above and beyond with help. I’ve also recommended them to other friends and family and they are always grateful I passed over such a good contact. They will continue to be our go to whenever we have sewer issues or need updates.

William came promptly, fixed the problem with our kitchen sink quickly, and answered all of our questions to help us keep from having further issues. His professionalism and expertise were much appreciated when many other “24 hour” plumbing services were actually unavailable!

I’ve used them several times since moving to the area in 2015. They were highly recommended by a friend who is their customer. This time my sewer backed up, a pipe outside had broken. They repaired it and suggested installing a lining inside the pipe to the sewer line to prevent breaks from roots causing another blockage. They are doing that now. Their employees are always professional and very nice.

Amazing!!! Nick and his crew were very professional and efficient. They completed our repipe in 1 day. There were no hidden fees and their quote is what we paid. Other companies said it would take 2 or 3 days, and they quoted twice as much. We highly recommend Repipe Masters.

Truck was sent out December 23rd to unplug a toilet. They did manage to get the toilet unplugged what they did a pretty poor job of resetting the toilet and they charge me $900 for it. Had to have them back 3 days later and they told me that the line needed to be repaired because it was buckled and gave me a repair estimate of $7,900 and said that they could get me financing on it. I called a local Septic company and they did the job for $895. Very unimpressed with their work.

The water department notified us we had a serious leak between our main and the house. Our line went behind a 30' rockery and uphill to our house. Things looked very dire and we were facing a $10,000 bid to tunnel behind the rockery and replace the entire line. Rather than act on that bid, I kept researching and learned about leak detection. Simon responded to help us find out exactly what our problem was, a leak in an old joint 100' away from rockery. We were so close to biting the 10k bullet. Simon didn't make any promises before he came, he kept us grounded and prepared for the worst, but he was a pro and he methodically eliminated worries, found the leak, and then at my request, repaired it.
In the end, I dug a hole to expose the leak, he repaired it and my grand total was $1,100.
I hope you find Simon and Clearwater Leak Detection, and I hope your story ends like mine, with a fixed leak and peace of mind knowing that what was really wrong has been fixed.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
