Service was great. From the scheduler to the installer, everyone keep us informed as to when they would arrive. The installer got a new water heater quickly and the installation went without a hitch. Kyle even pointed out a potential future problem. Nevertheless, I'm always amazed how much legal services and plumbers cost but for the latter, amortizing it across the 10-15 year lifespan of the equipment, it doesn't seem so bad.

This plumbing service exceeded my expectations. They were responsive, reliable, and delivered outstanding results in ensuring proper plumbing in my home.

We had David come out to quote and then install our new kitchen sink and faucet (and fix some old bad plumbing pipe mods). Terrific service and well priced. Even took care of disposing our old sink I had removed and resolved our tub spout pressure problem. Would definitely use again and reccomend.

Jesús and Liam did an amazing job with the installation of our new water heater gas control, they both had the right answer to our questions and had and replacement right away.

As a business owner, for me it is all about making it right when there is a mistake. Both when I serve customers and also when we receive customer service.
On the Friday after Thanksgiving our restaurant had an emergency plumbing issue which caused our restaurant to not be able to operate. The person that took my call (Will) did an incredible job of responding and keeping me informed. After a couple of hours, the issue was that the plumber he asked to come to our location called out sick and did not tell him. After struggling to find us another plumber that was available, Will decided to take it upon himself to come out and do the repair himself. It was a one hour drive from Ballard for him just to arrive at our location. He resolved the issue in less than an hour and our Friday night reservations (revenue!) were saved! I pushed very hard for him to take a large tip, however, he could not be convinced. I have to give a huge shout out to Will and the management at Pioneer. Most times things flow very smoothly from start to finish. When we did have a hiccup, they always work to make it right!

Wonderful service with Roto Rooter. Kitchen sink was clogged and after we tried 4 bottles of liquid cleaner, 2 foot snake, 25 foot snake still clogged. Roto Rooter saved the day and I highly recommend. They also offer 6 month guarantee. Serviceman was very professional and the work was done in a timely and very clean manner.

It was amazingly fast. The plumber came at the same day I texted to him. All the work was done very neatly and efficiently.

Frank was here on time with good solutions to my issues, available parts, and a good consultative approach. Jim Dandy has always been professional and fair in their pricing. I highly recommend them.

About 4 days ago I noticed a lot of house flies, for the life of me I couldent figure our where they were coming from. I bleached everything and threw away anything suspect. Finally i fount my kitchen sink was leakng to the downstairs and thought the wet smell was attracting them. I hate thd Idea of paying someone what I think I can do. So I cut open my walls and wallah...a leak. I shut off my water and asked for referals just to see how much it would be. My mother refered me to Bob Oates. Next day Jeovany showed up and found the exact point of the leak in 2 min. He was friendly but most importantly worked fast as the cost was per hour. He did not drag it out. He completed the fix within 1 hour and the cost to me for parts and everything was 330. He and im so guessing the company must have integrity if his main mission was to get the job done and not milk it. I have bills and kids to feed if they would of been too expensive I would of done the work myself although it would of took me 2 days and maybe time off work. He had the tools and good work ethic. I envisioned someone coming in and over charging and me feeling ripped off never using them again. This was not that this was a fair deal. So I will be calling them again and refering them to others.

Nick and his team completed a whole house re-pipe, including replacing our water main line, relocating & installing a new water heater, and re-positioning a gas pipe for our dryer - in May of 2018. They finished the job in a day and a half. He was a pleasure to work with and had great communication - all at a very competitive price. Fast forward to this past weekend and the valve on the water main line had cracked and was gushing water on the side of our house. I called Nick late in the afternoon on Saturday - and while he was unable to make it out (on his day off - he was out of town for the day) he arrived at 8am on Sunday to replace the valve. I have recommended Nick and his team to several friends and neighbors! Excellent service!

During our dry summer in the region I had noticed water collecting at the bottom of my driveway. After calling the local water municipality and checking my meter I dialed 811 to get a free locate on my property of everything but the water line to my house, which the water company/municipality does not maintain. I called Simon and spoke with him directly and he was able to see me that very day which was handy because it was my day off. He has a professional, friendly easy going attitude, not in a big rush or short with ya. I watched him meticulously do his leak detection and he had located the path my waterline took up my driveway, crossed underneath the concrete slab, and from there ran in a line to the front of the house. He had accurately painted a blue X on the spot where he believed the leak to be which was on top of the concrete slab of my driveway but on the edge of it, thankfully. After he was finished, I got my pick, shovel, and digging bar and dug down 3.5 feet to find my water line with a big tree root wrapped around it right under the edge of the driveway slab and underneath that X that Simon had marked for me. He really saved me a lot of hassle and time and of course money by not having to call in a crew or have someone else repair it. The part to fix the leak only cost $1.83! I’ve already recommended him to friends and family and do yourself a favor and call on him if you ever find you have a water leak!

Bobby T is so great! A couple of years ago I had a toy go down the tub drain, not only did he come the day I called he was friendly, helpful, fixed the problem and was very reasonably priced! Just called him on a Sunday he called me back within a few minutes and was able to help again fix the problem!

Great job by Raman done quickly and professionally. Nice, friendly attitude is a must for us and he certainly delivered on that! Would highly recommend.
