These people are really honest people. A month ago I lost my portable printer when I accidentally left it on the street near their shop while clearing out my truck. These guys found my printer and got it back to me. I seriously appreciated this and wanted to let them know. Thanks guys.

The Tag-Team Match of Paul, Giovanni & Brett with each of their specific skills wrestled with our clogged sewer over the Memorial Day weekend and got it fixed fast. All three were here on time arranged by the jovial Dispatcher, Roger. These guys were courteous and took care to preserve our lawn and flowers in the garden where the cleanout was located. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter again especially this Tag Team.

I had a great experience with this company. Armin was able to come out the same day when I called for an estimate and was very responsive. I was able to schedule very quickly and get the work done asap at a reasonable price. Armin was very upfront and honest and did not try to upsell anything which I appreciate. We had booked them to check our ceiling for leakage and we asked them 5-7 times about the endoscopy camera technology in which they don’t have to tear up the wall and they confirmed it also but when the technician called us before coming we confirmed with him also once again and he said he as no knowledge of camera thing and our situation… and after that we called the manager of the company to discuss this and he said we don’t have endoscopy camera technology to check ceilings. They wasted our 3 days as we counted on them for this issue. It’s highly unprofessional of them and they should give proper knowledge to their staff about what equipments they have and what issues they can handle. They should not book appointments and waste people time.

Simon was able to get out to me next day and detect a leak that we had just become aware of. He was very professional, timely, and gave great advice on how to handle the situation. He detected the leak in about 40 minutes and offered support over text on a Sunday when I was fixing it. Great guy that you can trust to do right by you.

I had main sewer clog causing back up in my basement toilet and kitchen sink. I called in Raman, he came out did camera inspection and gave me an estimate for sewer replacement. Within next couple days, they came out got the work done. Very clean, honest and hard working team, I must add very very efficient.
Definitely calling them and recommending them to everyone around.

Bad experience...the sewer inspector arbitrarily decided to add a subtle $50 late charge to the invoice. Problem was that was the first and only invoice provided to the property owner for the work (which was accomplished within the last 30 days).

Overall this just feels like a shady, deceitful business practice and hope that you don’t take advantage of other people with just slipping in arbitrary charges.

Luckily, the company agreed to drop the late charge but this whole thing leaves a bad taste in our mouths..

There are plenty of other companies that do this work...pick them.

Saved me huge expense and delays by instantly fixing a plumbing issue another plumber misdiagnosed.

Only does drain cleaning, but doesn't install sewage ejector pumps. But Fritz answered immediately, gave lots of helpful pointers, and quoted drain cleaning at a price significantly less than large-company plumbers. I'll use him next time I need a blockage taken out!

Very nice and professional, but the quote was different then what I expected. It's up in the air if I use them again because I didn't read between the fine lines.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

The city crushed our sewer pipe during work on a water main. We had another company come out and dig the hole and then tell us that they could not do it and fill up the hole and leave! We called Sewer Friendly and they were incredibly competent, helpful, and efficient. The issue needed a lot of coordination with the city and it was very complicated and they handled everything in just a couple days. I could not be more elated with their service. We had tried on our own to get the city to do their part to no avail, and Sewer Friendly capably handled everything and fixed it well.

I used this company twice for a sewer line replacement and a water line replacement , not only was their price the lowest the guarantee was the best . Nobody want's to spend money on this kind of thing but use them without worry ! thy are really good at what they do
