I have to work from home, therefore I am quite busy and only have a small amount of time to deal with things. When my garbage disposal broke, I phoned a local plumber who was able to come out the same day and fix it quickly. They perform a great job and even fixed my garbage disposal for a reasonable fee!

I called at 3:30 in the afternoon (the person who answered was professional and thorough), Jesus and Liam were there by 4:30 and replaced my old water heater on the spot. The techs were outstanding. They were polite, professional, skilled at what they did and fast. They answered all my questions.

Called at 9am with a clogged sewer line, offered 1-5pm appointment window. Called at 3pm asking for status, was now told I had a 5-9pm window (even though I had an email confirmation), but they were doing their best. Called again at 5 and 7, still no firm ETA. At nearly 9pm, told that honestly they wouldn't be there until the next day now because they are just too busy. At midnight, I called Mr. Rooter and they had someone here in 30 minutes who efficiently solved the problem and I was in bed by 1:30 after waiting the entire day for Roto Rooter, who is terrible. Not sure if I can ask them for damages since they never actually performed any service, but at least I can share my story.

Arash at Ridgid Plumbing provided an exceptional response to my plumbing issues (leaking shower head, frozen main water valve to the house). He came out to my house quickly, managing to work it into other local jobs. It was reassuring to deal directly with the business owner directly (Arash), who explained the service and costs, ordered the non-standard parts required and tracked their delivery. When the parts had arrived, he sent out a skillful and conscientious plumber to perform the work.

Jeremy was awesome very friendly , clear communication with the bid, Completed the job in a timely matter and left the place cleaner then when he arrived . Would highly recommend Jim Dandy Sewer and Plumbing and hope to use them in the future for something that's not emergency based.

Casey and TJ were great, they stopped by first thing in the morning and got our sewer cleared out and flowing in about 20 min. Also we’re very helpful in identifying potential problems and solutions for problems. Thanks again!

Clearwater Leak Detection did a great job finding my leak that was located under my driveway. The Plumbing Company that fixed the leak used Simons pinpoint mark to cut through the driveway, and when the pipe leak was located it was within 6 of his mark 42 under ground.....amazing. I would highly recommend his service should you need leak detection.

Raman and crew have resolved plumbing issues in my 115 year old home on at least three occasions. I've learned there's no need to get estimates from other companies, I trust them to do quality work at a fair price. I give them very high marks.

Todd did a great job on the initial inspection as part of my real estate purchase. He then jumped up to help at a moment's notice as part of my negotiations later in the transaction. Really appreciate his commitment and his expertise!

After a bad experience with Bob Oates overcharging and not getting the job done, I call Fritzs and they came out promptly and got the drain cleared within 20 minutes for a $100 less than BO. Can’t say enough about how good this company is. Best plumbers I’ve ever dealt with. Came out within the hour of the emergency. Clear breakdown of costs and options/scope. Every employee I dealt with was great and knowledgeable. Ended up replacing all my old precast pipe and was amazed how quickly the process went.

It was refreshing to deal with honest and knowledgeable people, since plumbing is usually always an emergency situation and other companies in seattle I’ve called have been horrible.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

Professional and explained everything in detail

Had a tenant somehow unscrew the bathtub drain and call me cause it wont go back in. Being in Alaska, I couldn't take care of it myself as I built the house. I called another plumber first, who was too busy and recommended these guys. That says something right there....

Marcus came out 5 hours after I called, let himself in the house with the hidden key, called me immediately and was a little confused why it would happen. He found the tenant had cross-threaded the drain into the boot, which could cause him to replace the entire drain. He wanted my permission to try to fix it (fix the threads), then if needed, replace the entire drain.

Calls me back 15 min later and says he had success getting the original unit back together, and tried to only charge me there minimum service call. I voluntarily overpaid (pay for what you get people) and including tax was out the door still for just over $100. Crazy happy.

Integrity, skilled and super easy to work with. If I could give 7 stars I would. Marcus could have turned this into a can of worms by just not trying as hard. And he would have made a lot more money doing it any other way than he did.

We had a great interaction with Sewer Friendly. My only feedback (which I gave already and they were very receptive to) was around setting expectations for the day of - what we need to do to prep, when we cant use water/toilet. Otherwise, they were able to crank out the project in a day and I'm happy to have our old pipes lined to hopefully avoid any future issues.

Terrible treatment of employees I know well. Too many bosses who don't communicate.
