We hired Drain Pro to do an entire re-pipe of a home built in 1949. They were extremely reliable and professional. I never had that frustration that comes with having contractors in your home. They explained how everything was going to work in detail, and then proceeded to do the job with no surprises or issues. They were jovial and friendly even though they had to spend a week working in what is probably the world's smallest crawlspace. The quote they gave me was more than half of what Southwest Plumbing gave when they were here to replace out water line. I'm very happy we chose to go with Drain Pro Plumbing, and I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I first had a different company do an estimate, hit me with a bunch of upsells and suggested work I didn't want. Mr. Rooter gave me an estimate over the phone based in some photos I sent, came and did the work I wanted and charged me what they said they would for half what the other guys bid. They're my firsr call for future, I can trust them to give me a straight story.

I had a leak, and requested the leak detection services; Was given a window of 1 to 5 pm. Got a call at 545 PM, and was told they do not offer the service.

The response from the initial meeting, to the completion of the project was excellent. This type of approach to pipe replacement save our community thousands of dollars over open trenching. Shane was amazing! My tenant had an emergency situation with the bathtub backing up. I contacted Professional Plumbing late in the day on Monday, they were there first thing the very next morning! Hydro jetting was done on the sewer line, the tub still required snaking and I wasn’t charged anything additional! I’m definitely using Professional Plumbing next time I need any plumbing work done!
