Very nice guy. Showed up a couple of hours early. But was told over the phone it would be $99 to figure out the issue. Ended up costing me $500 just to figure out was wrong. Tried to call and talk to somebody never got a call back. Still have a broken tank

5 star experience all around. I was a bit skeptical because they are a newer company, but I submitted my request on their site and Sharif got back to me the same day. He was easy to communicate with and I was able to get an actual idea of the estimated cost ahead of time, which was very reasonable. He was able to come out the next day and arrived exactly on time. Friendly and efficient, he got my new water pressure regulator installed beautifully and with a warranty. I'm very pleased to have no more drips and also to have perfect water pressure again. So refreshing to have someone local who I can trust after trying with the big corporate companies. I look forward to future business with Watertite Plumbing. We had a sewer line backed up and it was broken in places. Budget repaired the breaks and re-lined our pipes all the way down to the main line. Their verbal bid came in a bit below the other two bids, and after speaking with my wife and neighbor we went with Budget on basically a handshake. The work and service and clean up were top dollar. Very refreshing to do business with a family business that's all business and completely reliable. I'm very pleased and when my next plumbing project comes up, I know I'll be back. They patched my cement perfectly and filled the 2 holes in the yard and replaced the sod perfectly. My driveway is cleaner than before, or we'd not even know they had been there! I came back from vacation and my dishwasher had some standing water. I called Joe and he immediately got back with me about some troubleshooting on it. Thankfully it was just a tripped breaker.

Over charged me ! 5.25 hours !I even helped him! the guy just plugged in 4 of his power tools to charge and not even asked me first! Stoled my electricity! Just wore his boots walking in and out! New Faucet leaks in use! Just insane! Ripoff company More to post here ! I haven’t heard back from this company! What a shame they are!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Ryan came out on short notice, was very professional and repaired a troublesome Hosebib with his many troubleshooting skills.

I would not hesitate to use Rudy's Plumbing again and will definetly be asking for Ryan. Thank you Ryan!

I have worked with Aces Four for years and they always amaze me we are both family businesses just trying to do our part. I can always count on Rick jr, Alex, Oksana and Ilia. Trust me we (local contractors) are word of mouth and with people like us you will get quality and value! That's why I took the time to write this

I don’t know where to start with this review in all honesty.

They displayed some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever experienced. The man who came out to assess the issue made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He is not someone I want back in my home.

I don’t appreciate being a female alone in my house with an angry man who’s a stranger.

Upon arrival he was very agitated, angry, and rude. Things went downhill from there, as I had to interact with him more.

The issue that he needed to fix is some shelving had been put in the garage incorrectly. We have been meaning to remove it but haven’t yet. Well it turns out that the person who put in the shelving had put a nail throw a pipe and it’d finally rusted.

The house I live in is a rental. My landlord had told me he wanted the plumber to contact him directly before any repairs.
The plumber said he needed to call his company and asked me to call my landlord.

Instead I called my husband as he had spoken with the plumber and the landlord about this issue. As, originally, he was going to be home for the plumber but then couldn’t. My husband had confirmed the landlord had told the plumber to directly call him. I told the plumber this.

He yelled at me that he “already had and can’t wait around all day.”
Which is ridiculous because I had heard him on the phone with the company or someone beforehand so he could’ve only called maybe a minute prior. I know time is money but there is a professional way to handle things: 1. Don’t raise your voice 2. There are a million more professional ways to word that.

He then in an accusatory way asked “if I had put up the shelving”. His tone implying you idiot why’d you do this.

We did not put in the shelving and nor did my landlord.

My landlord then called the plumber. The plumber spoke to him in an aggressive, rude, belittling way. Almost as how a fed-up parent who isn’t great at parenting would talk to a child.

I could hear my landlords voice and it sounded calm the whole time.
The plumber also accused my landlord of the nail in the same disrespectful manner. Which I don’t really understand why he cares, maybe it makes him happy to shame other people for mistakes? Who knows? Again, it is fine to address the issue but be professional about it.

Anyway, the plumber and my landlord are on the phone. I can hear my landlord saying he is going to go with someone else for the job.

The plumber raises his voice saying “gooood luuuuuck finding anyone else.”

Which I don’t really get because there are a million plumbers out there but okay?

He then turns to me and all he says is “okay” angrily. Then he stormed off and sat in his van in my driveway for 10 minutes before leaving.

2 Sons Plumbing were able to schedule a visit sooner than their competitors. The communication was very good.My technician Steve was wonderful. He helped me figure out how to order the part I needed which was under warranty, so a lot of money was saved there. Once the part arrived, he came back and did a great job installing it.Will definitely use 2 sons plumbing again!

The aerator fell out of our faucet and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I called Knockout Plumbing and they were very responsive and could drop by very fast. Zach was very friendly, courteous, and followed the pandemic protocols. He explained how to fix the problem myself to save time and gave me a great discount since it was such a minor repair!

Bryce was very efficient and clear with us about all of our options for service. He explained the whole process very clearly and showed us exactly what was being done and the final result of his work. We were very satisfied.

When I called Ally plumbing, Erika was very helpful with answering my questions and getting me scheduled asap to help me fix my leaks.

Sam and Tyler were professional and on time. They made sure I fully understood each problem area and walked me through the repair when they were done. I would absolutely recommend Bee's for anyone who is looking for plumbing work!

I accidentally called them instead of Skyway Water and Sewer ( where my water bill comes from). The dispatcher was friendly and I asked about getting a plumber out to fix a leak and a toilet. Miguel came out maybe an hour later. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and efficient. He was able to fix all my plumbing issues and didn't even mind while I obnoxiously watched from a distance and chatted him up while he worked. He expressed that he really liked working for this company and he gets treated well. I will definitely be calling for him again when something comes up. I like supporting companies that support their workers.
