When I informed Fox Plumbing about an issue I was having with my water heater they were concerned and responsive. They sent Kyle out late in the day to install a much needed new one. He arrived earlier than expected, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.I would use them again In a heartbeat.

I called at 10am about a clogged sink drain I had tried to snake myself with no luck. Denero showed up at 12pm, right at beginning of 2 hour window, was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Fixed the problem immediately and provided good advice how I could prevent the same problem going forward. Locally owned also. Would use again for sure!

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

Bath tub was leaking horribly, Josh came a little earlier than they estimated, and even in the snow! He was thorough and gave a price if the repair could be made and a price is a complete fix had to be made. We are extremely happy with the work, the service, the technician and the company.

This job was complicated by needing to extend the interior water main to a second water feed including crawl space work. There was one difficulty with crawl space access and they stayed late to complete the job and stayed within the original estimate.

Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. Technicians came out the same day, quickly identified my problem, took care of what could be done immediately, and offered me great advice that lead to clear lines, and a super cost effective resolution. I can not thank them enough. Highly recommended!

Job was supposed to take three days but it wound up taking two weeks. Although there were some minor setbacks, there were too many days when nobody was here working or someone was only here for a few hours. Including the delays the job was done according to Tyler. one month later see photos attached : I wrote to Tyler: this is what happened as a result of not filling in the dirt properly. Also you can clearly see that the seeding barely grew. I am hoping that you will fix this as it was created by your Company digging it all out. The entire area was flat and grassy before any work was done. You even commented to my husband that you were sorry about how the lawn was damaged from the equipment. Please let me know what you can do. Thanks (Tyler wrote back saying that it's a busy time of year for them and will be a few weeks before he can get back to me to address the situation.) Update : OK, it’s been five months now from the start back in Sept to now Feb. and a worker just shows up here without prior notice. We’ve been promised this for many weeks, but this drop in stuff is very unprofessional. I guess he knew we were past the point of being patient, so he was no longer acting civil or even making eye contact when spoken to. I once again explained exactly how the fence and grounds were promised to be when the job was bid by Tyler. He just mumbled something at me and proceeded to do it his way despite the efforts of myself and my very ill husband to provide simple details to him. I can’t express in words how frustrating this project has been. Like most people, we have lives to lead and expect highly paid and self promoted professionals to do as they promise and as we, the ones who write the check, need them to do the job they commit to in writing. With a very active dog that can’t use our backyard for three months because these guys can’t make a phone call or commitment to fill a dirt hole or sink a fence post properly is absurd. Do you really want your next plumbing emergency repair (or anything) promised to take a certain time, stretched out for five or more months? Or, when it goes badly do you want your desperate emails and calls to go ignored for week after week after week?

We called for water-heater replacement (because HOA, and its insurance policy) and it turns out that Craftsman Repair would do a far better job than the HOA's plumber would for about 25% more on the price tag. So thumbs up for abiding by code, perfect estimates, and the time you take for the planning. 'Loved the man you sent, Monty, he was completely awesome.

Bad attitude. Ridiculous pricing. Avoid at all costs.

Good company. Good prices. Fast service. What else are you looking for from a plumber?

I want to give a huge shoutout to Evan at ProMax Water Heaters & Plumbing for responding to my emergency phone call the morning after Thanksgiving to report a busted pipe under my kitchen sink. Evan came out as soon as he could and replaced our cheap plastic pipe with higher quality material. I appreciate Evan's promptness and quality service, along with his willingness to answer unrelated plumbing questions including what to do next step with my aging water heater. He did a great job and kept my kitchen clean in the process. I will call on him should any other plumbing needs arise and highly recommend!

The Pipe Doctor (Tricia) does EXCELLENT work. She is responsive, provides clear and thorough recommendations, and is reasonably priced. I had a 100 year old sewer line with multiple downspout tie-ins that needed extensive sewer line repair through the entire line. After receiving multiple bids, including from sewer inspection companies I previously used, Tricia’s scope of work was significantly more thorough and she spent the time to inspect the entire line before providing recommendations. Other bidders either did not inspect the line, suggested short term repairs, or recommended closing off downspouts which would have caused me new problems. Tricia replaced the entire line, and her pricing was the same for a sewer line replacement vs, other contractors providing only short term repairs. The work was done quickly and I was happy with the results. I will use her again.

Steve McCadden was great! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services! He gave us a thorough description of the problem area, best solutions, and gave an honest price range with no surprises. It's been a month or two since he fixed our issue and everything's working as it should.

Quality plumbing needs to work on its scheduling with customers. I had a meeting with them between 12-2 PM on a specific day. QP called me at 10:40 AM and insisted that the plumber was on standby and that my appointment was for 11 AM-1 PM. I insisted that it was 12-2 PM and finally conceded that I may have been wrong. I retrieved my email indicating the original 12-2 PM. The fact is this would not have been an issue. It is an issue because not only did they insist that I got the time incorrect but were also quite rude. There are many plumbers in Seattle. Skip Quality Plumbing because you will not get very far.

Oh my gosh! Roderick is so fabulous!! Not only did he install my shampoo sink for my home salon four months ago, he just uninstalled it for my today due to a move! He is so punctual, smart as a whip with plumbing and incredibly kind! Beyond that he is super respectful of all Covid precautions which I am so thankful for! I wish we could bring him to Bainbridge with us so he could help with all four bathroom remodels!! Gene Johnson is lucky to have him!

I've called Eco many times over the years. It's great to have one call for both plumbing and electrical. Probably not the least expensive but always prompt and professional.
